    I've completed my 2 week challenge, but I still do this as a routine before high intensity workouts. Very well choreographed. Thank You, Chloe for my abs. I never knew I could achieve it.

    this is such an underrated comment oml, im on my day 7 and im so happy that how I've slowly achieved the strength to pull off the workouts without extra breaks, im someone who's always been insecure about my body ever since i was around the age 11 when my aunt said I've gotten fat? lol nvm so yeah here i am turning my insecurities into my biggest motivation. still gotta work a lot harder for those abs tho but im sure i can do it! and so could anyone else! im so proud of you, thanks for sharing your progress, lesgoooo

    Just follow the rhythm on "girlfriend" "boyfriend" and "nobody else" That's when you should do a leg stretch. May take a bit of practice but once you get the hang of it, it's the best part 😁 hope this helps

    Me too. Exactly the same thing. I'm on day 8 and was already exhausted from the three videos I had done I wasn't going to do it but then I'd promised myself I'd do all the optional videos. And then I find out it's a 3 mins ab workout.

    I did the same thing! I accidentally stopped doing the challenge for like four days and so jumping back into it I was like “I feel pretty tired but to make up for the days I took a break I should at least do the optional one” and it was sooo worth it. This song slaps and this workout is short but effective 😌

    I nearly didn’t do this until I realised it was 3 minutes long and let me tell you doing this and getting through it after struggling through the rest of day 8 on the two weeks shred made me feel like crying, such a great way to end today’s work outs! Was hard but got through it and on my first day of my period which is always the worst day! Feeling boosted but also glad it’s a rest day tomorrow!

    I'm gonna update (pleeeeease remind me coment like or something) Day one: It was not that hard as I did work out before like 2 weeks to get ready for this workout but all planks (except for normal plank and up and down plank) were super hard for me and couldn't do the full exercise Weight: 50 kg / 110 lbs Height: 158 cm / 5'2" Waist: 73 cm / 29 inch Day two: it was kinda same but i was a lil more exhausted maybe or what's the word - oh yeah found it - my body was sore Weight : 50 kg / 110 lbs Height : 158 cm / 5'2" Waist : 71 cm / 28 inch Day three : it was as hard as yesterday but after the four workouts i was sweating like a pigggg Weight : 50 kg / 110 lbs Height : 158 cm / 5'2" Waist : 71 cm / 28 inch Day four : if i was sore on day two it was NOTHING compared to this and the arms workout is IMPOSSIBLE. Day 28 : Done!! Day 29 : Forgot.. Day 30 : Done! Results : I did chloe’s 2 weeks shred challenge so it absolutely helped and my body changed. Even if i can’t see the abs yet i think i should not give up and still doing exercices to see them appearing one day haha:) overall, i’m so proud of myself for doing this even though sometimes i forgot or i wasn’t motivated. Keep going guys and i hope you all will achieve your goal!!

    pple who are saying Chloe was inspired by madfit for this video you are wrong maddy is not the one who started working out on songs even emi was doing it before her and Chloe did these type of video with BTS songs months ago if you are a recent follower of Chloe go check her old video so madfit srarted her yt channel just months ago and now Chloe is inspired by her?? 😒
