No, female psychopaths are far more manipulative and they are far more inclined to being self centered and callous. They are more likely to be exploitative and opportunistic as well. Also exhibit arrogance, lack of personal accountability. This arrogance can be obvious in some, and in others can be found more in the way they don't seem to care how their actions impacted someone else. They are often good at socializing in a way that gets them ahead with others. But they don't feel empathy for others like most people can. As a group are more likely to commit unethical or immoral acts, or even illegal. They tend to be more objective oriented. If they have a goal, then that's that. Even if it means hurting someone. May also be more prone to boredom. They are very different from many women.
