I am bipolar... I have been for, it seems like forever... I knew when I was a young girl that something was wrong with me... every time I tried to talk to my mom it led nowhere... I finally started getting help... I am on 5 different medications... when I take them like I'm supposed I am a totally different person...

What stops you from taking them like you are supposed to?

As of right now, medications are the best line of help for bipolar disorder. Think of it this way: when you take your medications, you become who you were meant to be, without the chemical imbalance in the brain caused by bipolar!

@@JoJo-xo7lg I take meds to because I have huge shifts in mood and I became really agressive but idk what I have tbh but we stop taking them because our brain tell us to, it's not that we don't want to do them, in my case I can't even explain but idk I just stop for no reason but my brain try to excuse himself, it's an hard conflict. I can't tell you the reason because I also don't know. Maybe I feel helpless sometimes, other times I feel that I don't need them, other times I just stop doing them for no reason.

BPD is very difficult to manage; the person has to want to get help. Keep you hopes up and believe the process, rooting for you!

Am a bipolar sociopath. Trust me, that's one roller-coaster you don't want to ride. Meds don't help me but have learned to control it for the most part, but it's very difficult sometimes.
