Saying "no" protects mental health. Mentally preparing for manipulative situations is very important.

I've always struggled with saying no without feeling guilty, but the idea that it's crucial for maintaining my mental health and autonomy really resonated with me. The stoic principle of preparing mentally for potentially manipulative interactions is such a powerful tool. Can't wait to apply these strategies in my own life! 💯

Very insightful; I'm going through a situation with my son( and his toxic relationship) unfortunately this has caused him to isolate himself from his family, so I can relate to this on all levels!

What you say is really valuable, however, I wish you’d give more examples especially when the idea has many sub-details, I tend to lose track of thought in such cases. Thank you for what you offer

In life, in certain situations, sometimes cheating is not bad, on the contrary, it is a good thing.

One clue to detect an AI narrator is mispronunciation. I don't like the idea of listening to a robot instead of a human being. Aside from taking jobs away from people, it's super annoying. I won't follow this channel.
