At a lunch with 2 friends I felt an odd feeling that I wasn't in the know during a couple of conversations and the look on one of my friends face was discomfort. She tried to hide it, i said nothing but from that moment, for me, i knew I had to let them go. Something was going on behind my back and I wasn't going to tolerate it. I allowed our friendship to fizzle out by not meeting up again. Eventually she got the message.

Kindness is targeted by users. They will drain your heart resources and leave you with a broken although your Kindness survived and your experience build your character to guard your heart and energy to give to only those that give back not just take. Also it is best to draw away to solitude and evaluate yourself and spend quite time just being kind to your self annd regaining your energy and resources to grow in deeper thinking and relaxation renewing your spiritual journey. Yes self love our lord was kind but he often went into solitude feeling drained of his resources and energy and had to spend time by himself to regain and regunivate in order to precede he was human like us and his mind was filled with compassion and kindness compassion is to me a stronger word than kindness. He felt so much for the human race and knew the principles you speak of your knowledge is his knowledge you are a blessing to the world. Alot of Peaple walk around absolutely drained of there kindness resources and energy and they engage in destructive behavior due to the stress of giving there Kindness and resources energy away so mush they go into self distructive behavior. So hermit mode is a must from every thing to mush human contact is draining of your kindness resources and energy and you can get lost in others that you loose your self.❤

I LOVE your content! And am an avid listener. If I could offer one suggestion: remove the background music of “Away In A Manger” from these videos. It’s a Christmas song. Doesn’t align with the content and catches my attention every time, which distracts me focusing on the content. There is other music that would be more appropriate and align better with your core intention. Thanks for considering.

Meditation is a skill that can be learned. I will work to be better at it in time. Marcus Aurelius must have been such a wise thinker. Learning to turn off negative noise for healing is imperative. 😀👍

This channel is dieing. Copying every other Stoic channel video idea and deleting or blocking comments of other Stoic channels. Doesn't even do community posts. All this channel cares about is milking views for profit. The scripts are repetitive and terribly generated on Chat GPT. The images are boring and flat. Low quality content. I've seen this channel even copy timestamps of other video descriptions that he copies and the timestamps don't exist because the video is shorter than the video he copied. This is a direct indication of copying other videos.

I recommend finding a Stoic channel that doesn't upload every single day with repetitive Chat GPT AI scripts. A channel with actual production quality and wants to help people. Not just milk views for money.

@@StoicismStories Every video of this channel is basically the same. There is no difference. Repetitive is an understatement. By the way your comment is the same that I posted on a previous video of this low quality view milker. I see you have copied it and on that video comment I already mentioned a better channel. Stoicism Legends. Watch, now this goof channel will delete and block both of us. 😂 Soon enough the viewers will realize it too. All it takes is for them to watch other videos of quality channels. This channel also directly steals videos. I have seen videos with timestamps in the description that are longer than the video length itself. Meaning the timestamp doesn't exist because the video he posted was shortened from the one he copied. That is a direct indication he steals videos and even copied and pasted their description, but wasn't smart enough to see that some of the timestamps were longer than the video itself. 😂
