Same! Brought home the travel spray from Ulta. My daughter and I both loved it. That night, bought the bigger bottle off Jomashop and have to hope it gets here before we run through the small size!

Happy Holidays, Maria! New Libre is not for me, actually none of them. But the Devotion edp! I went to the shelf with some reluctance, because the latest Light Blue flanker was such a useless creation. But this, wow! I immediately felt some lemony note, but then in a few seconds the thick vanilla came through and dried down to an almost smokey vanilla. It projected so well for a few hours, and the sleeve of my summer linen coat is still smelling from it in the laundry basket. Just gorgeous!

Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for all your lovely videos. I ordered D&G Devotion without getting a sample as everyone reviewing it has said how lovely it is. I nearly ripped the postman's arm off when he delivered my package this morning. It is absolutely beautiful, it is defo a love at first sniff x

I felll in love with Libre Platine from the first sniff!!❤ i do like OG Libre, dont have it though in my collection, but I m sure will purchase Platine at some point. ❤ I also loved Devotion, it think it is very unique and beautiful scent. I love the thickness of the EDP. I think I prefer it over the EDT. I can see myself wearing it now. I am sure that with the heat in the Summer the EDT is much more enjoyable because of its bright freshness.

I was looking for another DG Devotion review and found out about Meleg Perfumes ))) I am native Ukrainian and i've never heard of this fragnance or creator. Perhaps as im living abroad for years it passed my attention. But thank you for a shout out.

Happy Thanksgiving! I tried Devotion in store and I really liked it too. Im gonna get samples of Akro Bake and Theodoros Kalotinis Lemon Tart before I decide if Im gonna buy it because I dont wanna have too similar perfumes and it is about the same price as Bake and more expensive than Lemon Tart.

Devotion is SOO interesting and addictive! I love it one minute and hate it the next.. sometimes all I smell is a candle or room spray and the next I’m just gushing about that gorgeous vanilla note.

I just bought the devotion travel today! I sprayed it on in ulta and lost my mind. It’s so good. I ran out of my lira a while back and had a sample of bake. But I think I’m going to get a full bottle of this one! Plus the bottle is stunning with the heart. It’s a win. 😍🥰

Happy thanksgiving! The original eau fraiche lasts all day on me and I love it. If it smells similar I will stick with the original. I love libre but I don’t have any interest in platine . I don’t want more lavender. Now devotion I am intrigued. The notes are simple and the look delicious.

I love your enthusiasm 🤩👏👏👏 I feel pretty much the same about all the fragrances you mentioned, except Devotion 😔I wanted to love it so much, and was so close to just ordering it without smelling it. I have Burberry Godess and love everything about it. The lavender is much softer and smoother than in YSL, and the vanilla is gourmand and so yummy. But Devotion... Oh nooo! I went to smell it to purchase it today. I was SO ready to love it!!! But to my nose, on my skin I just got revolting public toilet-scent😱 The artificial citrus lemon/orange smell of toilet-refreshers and the sweet floral vanilla candle that tries to hide the stench. No. It's the worst I've tried. I'm so sorry! But you don't know how much I wanted to love it! I really did. Isn't it fascinating how ppl can precieve scents so differently? It has so much to do with association I think. Keep inspiring us with your enthusiasm for fragrances! 🤩🥰Love your videos ❣️ Thanks for supporting Ukraine also!🇺🇦

LOVE Devotion!!! Purchased a bottle on the spot ..and at $160CAD plus tax, it was a pretty steep purchase. Yummy lemon meringue or lemon cake.... only issue is the performance is very fleeting on me - not sure if I’m going noseblind to it? Still love it though :)

Happy Thanksgiving, Maria! I personally love the Eilish bottles, but the scents have been quite underwhelming. They smell watered down and quite linear to me. I may try Nebras instead, as I do like that scent profile. They seem to come out with a new Si Intense version every couple of years. I have the one that came out before the new one (2021), which you were comparing it to, and it's my favorite, so I'll stick with it. I've never vibed with Libre either, but I still want to smell the Parfum. I am very intrigued and curious about Devotion and definitely want to smell it!

I tried the Libre l’absolue Platine on at Ulta and looked on line and found a decant of it so I’m gonna check it out for real….I layered Eilish and Eilish 1 together and it was a winner for me I love the D&G Devotion my nose picks up on the orange I’m gonna layer it with B&BW Orange Vanilla Twist Thanks for the video👍🏾😃

Ah, turkey long weekend... Have a happy one!🍗🎉 The new L'Interdit = 🌮... Oh nooooo... 😂 I bought it and love it. Compared both and went for the new one. It smelled like a better more potent version in between the OG and Rouge. Gonna have to check the new D&G.

I absolutely loved Devotion when I smelled it! Nothing complex. But it is so mouthwatering and sexy. Just delicious! I also loved the Rouge Ultime. I really enjoyed that chocolate note. I did not fall for the l''Interdit Rouge even though I think it's a nice fragrance. I am still testing it to see if the magic will happen. I am hoping that to appreciate it more during colder seasons. Si smelled softer to me but long lasting. It could be great for Spring. The new Libre did not moved me. I didn't find much to impress me upon first impression. The new YSL for men Myself smelled much more interesting. Have you smell the new Tutty Twilly? Let us know! Omg. Can’t wait to try Devotion. I love a simple blend of notes! I had to laugh because I used to think vanilla fragrances were childish. Then I smelled Escapade Gourmand and now I’m a real fan of vanilla. I am like you with the Eilish bottles. They just look strange to me. That said I did like number one enough to buy a travel spray and use it up pretty quickly. I won’t repurchase. Number two to me just smells like a cheap Oud.

I just received Decadence. Did not let it sit - sprayed it immediately. My nose is not sensitive so When I first sprayed it, I didn’t get much at all. But about 15 minutes into it All the notes started to come out. The lovely lemon, vanilla etc. very nice! I got something very “foodish” and Then I read the fragrantica notes. Panettone! Exactly. Delicious!!

I agree, L'Interdit Rouge- the OG rocks, the Ultime is redundant. :) Same for the new Sì intense. BTW, the previous Intense, which I prefered, seems to have been replaced by the new one in the shops, as I've noticed. As I continue watching, I think all the flankers that you mention are redundant. I loved Libre Le parfum last year, the new flanker is just meh... And unfortunately I feel the same about Chance Eau Fraiche - the EDT was one of my favourites ever, I don't see much difference with the EDP now...

Thanks for these reviews, Maria! Lately, I've been hearing reviewers describe certain fragrances as "thick." What exactly does that mean? In my mind, I feel like the fragrance is syrupy and tooth achingly sweet, and unappealing. Happy Thanksgiving!

I guess think just means there is some substance to it...rich smelling. I didn't find it cloying but just substantial. Great question!

The only one I’ve gotten to try of those is Libre Platine, and I was really surprised at how much I liked it, because I absolutely loathe the rest of the line (laundry detergent).

Try it with an unscented body lotion or with a vanilla lotion or oil....that should make it last longer!

I got a 10 ml of devotion and wish i had gotten a bigger bottle because im just gonna fly through it.

Devotion simply means to me like a tribute the beloved "panettone". Panettone is the most popular and really beloved cake in Milan and D&G love Milano with all their hearts

This is the third Armani si intense. Wish they would give them different names. I have the 2021 The black was released in 2014. I have the le parfum i thonk youd love it. Deep like red wine.

You should definitely own each of Burberry goddess and Devotion. They are different and so good. Some designers are stepping up there games. Im gonna buy a orange blossom lotion to layer with Devotion.

Hi Maria, to me the edp version of "Chance eau fraiche" followed the same path as the edp version of "Chance eau tendre": 1)as you said it's thicker, probably more concentrated... and for this type of notes too concentrated for me 2)I find they added something more intense, borderline animalic to me but in a pleasant way, that is present in the original "Chance" ... I don't know what it is but I like it in "eau tendre edp" wich I bought also because the lasting power is better than the edt, I don't like it here and would purchase the edt, wich already has a nice lasting power for its category. I haven't put my nose on "devotion"yet but need too as it's got extremely good reviews everywhere 😃 ! I know you enjoyed some of the "le petite robe noire" range ... Have you smelled the new eau de parfum absolue ? best designer cherry i m o ! a really balanced black sweet (but not cloying) and a bit gothic cherry. Amazing week to you too Maria 🙂 !

Just a suggestion; you may want to wipe your camera lens with a microfiber cloth so the video doesn’t look blurry/dirty. It will make it look much more crisp and clean, trust! 👌😁 Love your videos!

Devotion is SO GOOD!! And it doesn't smell "designer" (like Alien Goddess or Libre or even Good Girl)... I was worried it would just be a "designer" version of Akro Bake or Xerjoff Lira - but nope! It's just as good! In It's own right* 😚

Black berry lily (7 virtues), flower bomb midnight, Sofia (blackberry and casis but smells like current to me)

I love Burberry Goddess on my skin but Devotion smells like turpentine on me . I wish it didn’t .

Is a little bit complicated to explain, but for politicians arguments D&G aren't loved in Italy As the deserve. They are genius and I adore their fragrances

Devotion is incredible i got a sample and really loved it But i had l’interdit rouge ultime and it’s very nice and feminine i adore it There is no tacos or curry in it I didn’t feel at all 😂

they are both quite different....devotion feels more fruity with the lemon where as goddess is more lavender vanilla...not sure which is my fave as I have more experience with goddess.

I love a cheeky, tacky bottle! But the Eilish bottles are too clunky to use/spray. Also, I thought her first 2 scents were disgusting. The first smelled like vanilla vomit and the second like burnt palo santo gone wrong. Kinda disappointed since I like the bottle design. YSL’s Libre L’Absolue Platine I thought was cool but not anything special. It reminded me a lot of the bottle, the gold and silver didn’t seem to go very well together, this perfume didn’t sit well with the others, it was a cooler scent and a freshie. I found it pleasant for the kind of fragrance it is, and I was surprised. But not worth buying for me. I personally wouldn’t put Devotion and Goddess in the same category. I found Goddess to be a super boring perfume. I was so mad too because how do you name a perfume Goddess and there isn’t anything unique, intoxicating, provoking, etc. I really wanted to like it before even smelling it because I really enjoy Burberry perfumes, but this was a hell no. I am going to consider trying it again in store in case I’m mistaken or was inhaling too many other perfumes that were around. With that said, I was prepared to hate Devotion because I really was disappointed by D&G’s previous release Q. Another let down that Q was. Q for Queen and you make that disaster? I’m going to make a perfume called B for Beheading and send it as a “gift” anytime someone names their perfume something terribly wrong. Maybe I’ll design the bottle to look like a guillotine to add effect and tacky bottle disdain.🤣 Back to Devotion, I was ultra prepared to be mad. And then I was smacked in the face with lemon poundcake. The kind you get at Starbucks when you’re in a rush or from an expensive bakery because it’s so decadent. It smelled exactly the like icing and the poundcake and the lemons sweetened up and used in the recipe. I definitely need a bottle for winter. Winter where I am now doesn’t last long and it’s much milder than the previous climate I was in. So it’ll be perfect! 🥰

Just when I think I’ve got you figured out, I find out that you don’t like smelling like a taco 😂😂😂

Omg no lol to me devotion and goddess are completely different. I don’t know what’s wrong with my nose but all I smell in goddess is lavender. On me it smells like cheap lavender men’s shower gel and 😂 with sweet vanilla base but still…menssss. No three levels of vanilla whatsoever 😂. Devotion is very gourmand. You gotta love sweet delectable perfumes. I would only get 10 ml though because it’s not something I would wear regularly.
