Strange. It looks like the mother of the lioness is coming to fetch her daughter and grandchildren to join the Satara Lion Pride.
Currently, the cubs of Casper, the White Lion, are around 8 weeks old. Are they old enough and ready to join and be accepted into the Pride?
GAME DRIVE ETIQUETTE - RULES (SANParks):
- When you come across a sighting, slowly pull over on the side of the road closest to the animal, but keep a safe distance and turn OFF your engine
- If there are animals in the road, immediately stop at least 20 m from them
- The lane furthest from the sighting should NEVER be blocked, so that others can pass if they want to
- Don’t linger longer than a few minutes at a sighting, so that others can view it too
- Never go off the designated roads
- Never climb out of your vehicle during a drive, or hang out of your car windows or sunroof
- Don’t hoot or blare loud music
- Avoid driving into vegetation, as this could damage the environment or kill small animals
- During night drives, never shine a spotlight directly in animals’ eyes
- Never make noise to get animals to move, stand up or otherwise react for pictures
- Respect the rangers, and always comply with their requests or instructions

These adorable cubs are so tiny maybe a month old. It’s hilarious to see them run!
So beautiful to see this little family and if they are heading to the pride I am sure all will go well. Those cars freak me out a bit, they seem to be so close to the little cubs. Hope the drivers can see them properly. 🙏

One of the prides that everyone wants to see the Satara pride!! Like the Shishangaan (don't know if its right spelling) coalition!! We all love these 2 specially when they are together. That made me nervous with the vehicles, i will admit. The little ones are so precious, they are so tiny, and have a lot to learn from mom and dad. I wish this pride well and hope to see more with them. I have grown attached to the two meantioned. 🌹🙏🌹

Saw a video from the 25th of January, Mfowwethu was alone, contact calling, still thin and walking unsteady, but the person who made the video said that Others had reported that all 4 were together on the 27th of Jan. So good luck to them, hope They stay together and focus on staying strong.

Those cars are very irritating for them. It's like u r standing in ur balcony and someone from anywhere following u and taking ur photos and videos. They should give some privacy or space for this animal

Good question, I'm wondering if they are new males. I have not seen much of them with that pride lately. They have been seen more with the Satara pride. Which is good imo makes the Satara pride more protected.
