I have had a One Eleven watch for over a year, and have had no problems at all. I got one of the steel models with a white dial, date, and tan leather strap for $65 on Amazon. It is accurate, durable, holds its charge well, and there is no bounce in the second hand, which also hits the second indices spot on. I would rate it equal in quality and value to an entry level Citizen eco drive or Seiko solar at the price I paid or even $20-$30 more, although a Casio Tough Solar offers better value. I am not sure a One Eleven would be a good purchase for more than $100. It is much better in quality and value than either the Timex Gallatin solar or Armitron Adventure solar watches I own, even though each of those was the same price or slightly less. I am not sure which solar movements they use, but I suspect they may may come from Seiko or maybe even Casio. I would recommend One Eleven watches at the right price based on my own experience, although I cannot speak to the plastic case models.

I appreciate the simplicity. Would make for a great work watch. Not bad looking either. Unfortunately eco friendly marketing is generally just that....marketing.

I have one similar except grey; also just bought an all metal cased solar model and love them both! I never expected them to be as tough as a G-Shock of which I also own quite a few. Solar is the way to go IMHO!

I think , given its affordable, they make a strong competitor to Swatch Watch. This watch One Eleven (111) they should pay more attention to quality control. I can tell from the video that the second hand is not aligning with the minute divisions. They also should consider a date window version and smaller than 42 mm case diameter. Perhaps in the vicinity of 40mm as a rough suggestion. I really like the green demoed here as I represents the eco-friendly technology. Where they are made? Thanks

Not so sure how this “bio plastic” will hold up. It reminds me of apple switching to pvc free cables and they deteriorate after a year.
