Went to Newark show,very good, it depends what you are looked for, for first timers ,you get wide choice of vans to explore, four nights camping with entertainment ,good value

I agree. I think these shows are indeed great value and a great place to discover more about the pastime, what’s available and make friends for life

Yet another fabulous podcast from the Motorhome Matt team! It really was a genuine honour to meet both of you at the show and we had such a good time chatting with you Matt and Keith, thanks for putting us at ease. We really enjoyed the show and so did our good friend George, who came along on Sunday With his quest for an all electric campervan which we have covered on the channel. As a female motorhome driver, I see different reactions when I turn up at campsites - usually surprise from the site owners! The biggest reactions are from the helpful gentlemen at the elsan point while I'm cleaning out the loo - especially when I say my hubby can't drive either! Seriously though, being the only driver does make me nervous about taking the plunge and driving abroad; on the plus side, Britain is full of lovely places to explore

Driving abroad is not as challenging as you think especially on rural roads. If you are right hand drive a passenger can be really useful to see around the vehicle ahead but take your time, plan your route and enjoy the journey… wherever you roam.

The only issue is if you have an accident this could cause the car to over turn etc if the caravan is attached via the lock, ps it takes 2 mins to attached the hitch lock when you stop, and take it off when you start again. I have an Al-ok hitch lock and just put it on when I have Stopped
