    Some people don't lock their upstairs windows. Just scope up a suburb, go in on a white van, wear white polo shirts and black slacks. Bring out a clip board and do a cursory walk around your target's lawn. If you see any cameras or ornaments that might have cameras, ditch the run. Otherwise, bring out your ladders and start testing upstairs windows. If you see people outside, ditch the run. If you're ballsy you'd chat up the nosy neighbor while your crew fill up the duffel bags with small valuable. No big ones, Neighbor will see it and be suspicious. If there's someone inside, ditch the run. If you're being ballsy kidnap them and sell them into a prostitution ring. The hottest areas are Oregon, Montana, Michigan, Washington, Upstate New York(Not the city), Utah, and , Hilariously enough, Kansas. Always look for a parking lot with a suspiciously placed Blue Trash Container. Check for a contact info.

    For someone, this is their whole life in the storage unit. Storage units are extremely expensive to keep payments up on. And most people who need storage units are in transitional circumstances. Many people who have lost their homes and/or jobs, and need to store their most important belongings. What would really make great content would be to try to find the person whose unit you bought and try to give them their high school diploma, other important papers, jewelry, and wallet back. The jewelry is likely not worth very much, but it may hold high sentimental value to someone. We all know people who are either trying to save their storage units or who have lost storage units. So sad to see this happen to them. The storage unit companies also are never lenient.

    Or it’s used by thieves. We had our stuff stolen out of a car. Found out they had opened a storage unit under wife’s ID. We found out about it when we started getting the delinquent notices. It got auctioned. The winning bidder wouldn’t allow us to look for our stuff in it.

  • @jeanmariereed1646

    @jeanmariereed1646

    5 ай бұрын

    I am so sorry to hear that happened to you. Completely awful. The worst part is the non-cooperation of the winning bidder. At that point, I wonder if the police could have become involved, because the storage unit would have evidence of the thieves' identity or certainly the stuff they have stolen from you and other victims. The storage company should not have placed that storage unit up for bidding until the police investigated. It might be worthwhile to sue the storage unit facility for harboring criminal activity and to also sue the winning bidder. As well the storage unit facility and the winning bidder should be named. Under the circumstances, the winning bidder's behavior is unconscionable as they are knowingly purchasing stolen items. So sorry this happened to you.@@OSheaGlobalAlliances

    it’s so funny how people think they’ve found some untapped gold mine by hearing this on tiktok people have been doing this forever, the reason people don’t just make and make and make money on units is bc for every win there’s a loss, maybe two, say you pay 200 for the next unit and 30 for a haul, and you walk away with 50 dollars in kids toys and baby clothes and you just hauled off someone’s trash, not including gas and food for the day you wasted money. you can hit good units but like anything there is wins and losses not just a free money thing you found through tiktok. that’s what people don’t get🤦🏾‍♂️

    @@lml7 it's most definitely the case. Judging by the items, the owner(s) have stored their entire lives in storage box, and things have not improved as evidence shows . It hits me so close and hard to see this. There's so much out there that prey on weakest and most needy in our society. Of course the storage business needs to get paid too, I get that.

    My family runs a storage facility and speaking from experience yes depending on what gets left behind if you know what your doing they are a good source of income also we use that same site for our units when there up for auction small world just for anyone who does this please understand when you buy them way to may people do not come and pick them up you have 3 days to get the stuff out or you will be billed and locked from ever bidding ever again so make sure you are able to carry the stuff out and do what you need with it or do not bid we do not like having our time wasted

    @Sergio I'm not saying this guy does this but funny enough a lot of shows and stuff that did this stuff often faked a lot of the videos and rigged it so it seemed like a good idea. But people dont store valuable stuff they are afraid to lose in storage it just doesn't happen often, even when we moved houses and needed to we put furniture and stuff in it sure some cloths but anything of real value we found a place with a family to store it while we got a new house.
