I used this grout (same color) in my shower and after just a few weeks the grout turned a light neonish yellow color. It was not exposed to UV light, nor any chemicals or UV light. The tiles that were outside of the shower glass enclosure stayed white. Any ideas as of why?

I’m not to sure why that would happen. Was the shower used before the grout had time to fully dry? It’s 7 day to have it fully cure. What region are you in? I would recommend reaching out to your local Ardex rep or call Ardex technical department.
