if it re-emulsifies so easy, doesn't the grout itself dilute too???? HOW can you pour water and NOT? thankz

It's the combination of agitation and water that causes re-emulsion. You are only agitating the residual grout on the face of the tile, not in the joints so they're not adversely affected.

That looks great. But from all the comments I am confused! I am just wanting to grout small shower floor so it doesn't change color when wet

Like fightfan said, at least a few guys makes it alot easier. You get a good system going and a couple days at most. A floor buffer with the white nylon pads will help immensely for roughing up the big areas as well as final cleaning at the end. Base and edges of course all need to be done by hand so I usually have a guy or two on that ahead of everyone else if possible but like a day ahead because you can't have standing water in the joints when spreading main areas of the floor. God I hate epoxy grout Lol. I know this is an old comment, this is for anyone curious enough to see the replies because they're about to do it. Have some epoxy haze remover on hand to make it easy on yourself at the end for the almost inevitable 'missed' spots.
