Surprisingly all the classes we've seen so far look fun. Personally I'm torn between fighter, mage, and ranger. I really can't decide because they all look fun!

Same for me. On diablo 3 the hunter was always the best choice

I have already decided to play a Ranger as my main. I always play archers/hunters as my main in games so I'm all in.

@@Lazy_Tavern Unfortunately not which is unfortunate because we need banger AAA MMORPG that would finally replace all the old MMOs that are long overdue such as WoW, FFXIV, etc.

@@Waiden01 I do get where you are coming from. But no matter how you look at it. AoC will be different from the others, so im carefull comparing too much. They are improving the combat for every livestream they do atm, and their combat team seems to be getting better and better at this point! So i have hope for a smooth amayzing combat. Keep in mind this is a teaser for Alpha 2. I expect changes will happen some way!

@@Lazy_Tavern I see your point but at the same time, we are talking about Alpha 2. By the time the game could be released, it can be another 2-5 years and the combat will play catch up again.

@@Lazy_Tavern Unfortunetaly from current Ranger video i saw Tab Target and auto homing of skills which means big minus for me.. Why have 3 second snipe.. Make it dynamic with possible movement of character and let user charge how it wants and according time(to max) deal possible damage.. There are p2w new mmo's which could be interesting but still no hope for Tera replacement :/

Hope they gonna change the combat system to be more action oriented. Tab targeting is boring

A lot of mixed feelings on that subject. Like melee classes willl be heavily involved into action combat. And from a skill tree point of view, intrepid has stated that you’ll have the option to go for action combat abilities or tab target. But let’s see! 🎯

If you dont play MMORPGs that much, it can be seen that way. But most MMO's can be similar, but definitely not even close to the same thing.

@@jskyler5422 i play mmorpg's exclusively for 27 years now. you're either inexperienced yourself or bias. it's a wow clone with a new coat of paint. i have no doubt the majority see it this way. they literally use Marks just like WoW, hell they were so lazy they didn't bother to rename half the abilities.. Scatter Shot, omg not WoW no way jose.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, but personally I see this game quite far from a wow clone. Their systems, is just… soo far away from what you’ve seen in wow previously. You can draw lines from similar abilities and combat looks. But I’d think you could do that for most mmorpg games 😅Can’t see how you’d completely avoid that.

after seeing throne and liberty ..they took too long with ashes.. the graphics look like shit.

The graphics is not optimal, with the tools I have. Check out the fighter footage from AoC site, it’s recorded in 4K giving a better look at it. 😁👍

Will it be beat to build a pure ranger or pick a different secondary. If so is rogue the best mix or what?

You will be able to pick a pure ranger by going ranger Primary Archetype and Ranger seconduary Archetype. If Ranger Rogue will be best is difficult to answer, since the game will be based upon paper rock scissor approach. Check out my why its casual freindly video to have that that approach covered! :)
