It turned out to be the spool wasn't mounted in straight took it apart putvit together and fixed the issue

Arc Captain is a nice welder which I would like to have, is pretty good for me. How much is it from Amazon, advice how I can do to get it shipped to ZAMBIA

I got same machine and it doesn't pulse. My problem is always check grounding is Ok.
