My guess is that they tracked the signal of the second-to-last boss to a location.

i like how the main guy shoots and kills all the underlings who maybe haven't really done that much crime but he always takes the bosses alive

Yeah, if they want to make it a realistic cop game, they need to have it where he's a domestic abuser, and shoots unarmed minorities. The trick of the game will be to know when to turn off the body cam. But if you get caught, you can get an extra life if you cry in front of a judge and get a greatly reduced sentence.

I imagine that you relished the occasional weird coincidence due to the varying sizes of the sprites. That's how some could make it look like they dropped a boss with a groin kick.

I really do love Sega 16 arcade hardware, how nice the sprites looked, and how jazzy and fresh the music was, as Nintendo was the master of the console, Sega was the king of the arcade, it would be nice to see some more games by Sega that actually use their old arcade hardware, because it kept a standard, and allot of new 2D games don't in the least. (though there are some good new 2D games) Well i've ranted enough, nice play and video!

I like the dubbing in this game. Developers do a better job dubbing the voices to videogames that the damn famous voice actors and entertainers that I don't give a damn about.

I played this a bit in the arcades... Copped the md version and was disappointed at first.. Cause it wasn't co op.... Years later due emulation.. I realized how much the version shits on this version.
