Man… Rammstein is the only band that got French people to sing in German in the middle of Paris😜😜😜 Anyhow… they have great shows full of fire, guitars and lights…. I saw them this summer in Budapest… and man it was HOT🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 As a friend of mine said about the concert “you have a life before a Rammstein show and a different life after it. The concert is a show that is a life changing out of universe experience”

I don't understand much German, but Deutschland was one of my favorites the first time i heard it. I understood the feelings he was expressing, and the music video is a trip. I love history and it took me on a ride, ill tell you.

It amazes me as a German as much as it amazes Rammstein that people all over the world listen to GERMAN music - they don't understand a word but celebrate it like nothing else. 😮 But even IF you understand German: Rammsteins language isn't easy at all. They use poetic language and idioms and puns and cultural insiders. There is mostly more than one layer in their lyrics. So much to think about. In this song here they play with the German syntax which is really unique in the world. Only Dutch has almost the same syntax. So it's hard to translate the double layer in "du has(s)t mich (gefragt)". 😅 E.g. "du hast mich gefragt" means "you have asked me", but the participle "asked (gefragt)" is put at the end, a typical feature of the German syntax. The second part of verbs is always put at the end. So if you start the same sentence but don't finish it, it says "du hast mich" (you have me) which orally sounds the same as "du hasst mich" (you hate me). And this is just a glimpse of what they do in other songs.

With Rammstein you don't have one show per concert. You have the music, the fireworks, the interaction with the public, Till's antics you name it. Also, they can throw you the hardest song ever and the next one be something Disney like. Every show is unique. And if by any chance, you are thinking of going to buy a ticket and go in, you are going to need ten eyes to absorb it all. Watching a video doesn't make them justice, you really need to be there. I promise you this: you will not regret spending the money or feel you just wasted your time.

41 yrs old seen alot of crazy shit in my days but seeing these guys live was the most badass thing ive ever experienced!❤❤😊😊 i spent 110$ to see them and had to wait 2 yrs after i bought the ticket too see them. Covid hit not long before they were supposed to come here to the usa.😊

Flake "the keyboard maestro" has said before that it gets boring just standing still whilst playing, so they gave him a treadmill for that exact purpose Also you should react to "Du bist Giftig" it's amazing

This band is one of the masters of the live show. The pyrotechnics and things they do. Watch benzin when til is on fire literally. the whole time. Or his wings of fire. It’s stunning. This is a new rabbit hole.

I've seen them this year in the Netherlands. It was great. The show, the excitement, the crowd.. never ever seen such lovely and friendly fans where it was easy to connect at concerts before.

Exactly ! Been for the first time in Padova (Padua) , Italy, in the "Feuerzone", packed to the point you have difficulty breathing (well, nearly), but - no pushing, no bad attitudes, totally positive, and we've all been standing in that crowd for 3hr,30min, not to lose position nearest to stage, and me being 72. Can't wait for the next tour.

Till Lindemann (lead vocalist) is a certified pyrotechnician. The energy, rhythm, and showmanship of Rammstein pushes beyond any linguistic or cultural barriers. Love it! Shukran jazilan

As I understand it, the keyboard player, Flake (pronounce that the German way, Flah-ke) is hyperactive, that sort of explains the treadmill. On the other hand, he and Till, the singer always come up with some crazy shenanigans during their shows. Till is a certified pyrotechnician btw.

I like your reaction. 👍 There is only one treadmill on stage used by the keyboarder. He wants to move but it's dangerous on their stage as you might also see when you take a look at "Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen sehen" (same show in Paris) or some other videos mentioned below. There are multiple places where fire can appear. Therefore their shows are fully choreographed. Everyone has his place where to stand or move. What videos to watch from Rammstein? For the 'Mein Herz brennt' official videos I use to recommend watching the normal video first (there are versions with subs) and after that the Piano version. In my opinion the piano version official video is much more impacting doing it this way.

So happy when you post. I've been around since you first reacted to Dimash years ago. I have been waiting for this to finally happen. Flake (the keyboardist) is on a treadmill because he like to walk and does about 17 miles per show. It's set to the bpm of each song. If you continue the Rammstein live journey there is an ongoing "act" of Till (the lead singer) trying to off Flake.

No one can beat Rammstein when it comes to a live show.

Well rammstein knows it's fireworks 🎇😂 and the music is very good. If you want to see more fire there are two songs I would recommend. "Feuer frei" or "Sonne" 😊👍 have fun experiencing it.

Rammstein were an absolute 'Wow!' moment for me when I heard the album Mutter. My dear old mum, lived through the war, and never thought her son would be singing along to a German band playing in London. Music rules, all music rules!

Yeah, there is almost now videos all songs subtitled in English. The lyrics are really, really key to understanding the band … The perfect six as I call them. I saw them live last year in Cardiff (Firezones) and six times in 2023 (four Firezones, two tribunes) .. 3 x Berlin, 2 x Brussels and 1 x Vienna. You will get addicted the more you watch them or their videos but their lyrics and some of their official vids are usually tough stuff … so be warned ! Not „Du hast“ but others … so be prepared when you watch more. Try next „Ich will“ from Hurricane Festival 2016 (with subtitles) with the audience interacting with the band . Watch „Rammstein in Amerika“ - fill concert … They sold out Madison Square Garden in just 20 minutes in 2010 !!! They all sing along in German in New York … epic !!!

I can assure you: listening to Rammstein while driving is the best. I recommend “Engel” New York Madison Square Garden

Oh please do more Rammstein! Do some of the newer songs, they are so amazing.

They had like 30 cameras to cut that all together. They are about The Show for sure. Not just the one they are currently IN at the time, but the Future production as well. This is about as "tame" as the get. The lyrics are a play on words with the German Wedding vows. I was at MSG and moshed until I dropped.

I remember they had to reduce the effort for their lighting because they couldn't get enough spots for a show. I mean: there weren't enough available anywhere. Can you imagine? they had the money, they had the trucks, they had the rigging... they couldn't get the lamps to fill the spots... insane.
