Director James Wan and Aquaman himself, Jason Momoa-along with Patrick Wilson, Amber Heard, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Nicole Kidman-return in the sequel to the highest-grossing DC film of all time: “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.”
Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all. This time Black Manta is more formidable than ever before, wielding the power of the mythic Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and malevolent force. To defeat him, Aquaman will turn to his imprisoned brother Orm, the former King of Atlantis, to forge an unlikely alliance. Together, they must set aside their differences in order to protect their kingdom and save Aquaman’s family, and the world, from irreversible destruction.
All returning to the roles they originated, Jason Momoa plays Arthur Curry/Aquaman, now balancing his duties as both the King of Atlantis and a new father; Patrick Wilson is Orm, Aquaman’s half-brother and his nemesis, who must now step into a new role as his brother’s reluctant ally; Amber Heard is Mera, Atlantis’ Queen and mother of the heir to the throne; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is Black Manta, committed more than ever to avenge his father’s death by destroying Aquaman, his family and Atlantis; and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, a fierce leader and mother with the heart of a warrior. Also reprising their roles are Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus and Randall Park as Dr. Stephen Shin.
Directed by Wan, “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” is produced by Peter Safran, Wan and Rob Cowan. The executive producers are Galen Vaisman and Walter Hamada.
The screenplay is by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, from a story by James Wan & David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and Jason Momoa & Thomas Pa’a Sibbett, based on characters from DC, Aquaman created by Paul Norris and Mort Weisinger.
Joining Wan behind-the-camera is his sterling team of “Aquaman” artisans: director of photography Don Burgess (“The Conjuring 2”), production designer Bill Brzeski (“Jumanji: The Next Level”), editor Kirk Morri (“Furious 7”), composer Rupert Gregson-Williams (“Wonder Woman”) and music supervisor is Michelle Silverman (“Malignant”). Visual effects supervisor Nick Davis (“The Clash of the Titans” films, “The Dark Knight”) and costume designer Richard Sale (“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” “Ready Player One”) also join.

Yep she got a small flash. I think they did say she was literally is just shots in the movie. That was why she won that small piece of her case. Saying that the trial caused her losing more of a role in Aquanman 2 because they changed all her parts. But she did that to herself.

Especially when you look at how many predators are in the industry. The only kind of consequence they understand is losing money, and if you ask me, that's a pretty light punishment for being a monster to someone. She was just stupid enough to get caught. Too bad she didn't put half the effort into fake crying for her trial as she did for her film roles.

Regardless, she did more than one crime, she brought her dogs to Australia, when it was forbidden, by Australian laws as well she should be jailed

Now I know where The Flash's budget went but seriously, "Aquaman 2 and the Lost Kingdom" looks incredible throughout Black Manta looks impressive, Arthur is still BADASS and Orm is cool but the best thing is that Atlantis looks beautiful and GOD (just like the first movie 💙) and I can't wait to see it in December 😮

Glad I didn't see this trailer in a theater. That scream when he built the bridge. Too much for me. I almost cried.
If you look for excitement, good graphics, cool actions and pure fun only without too much thinking, then the movie is surely the one.

I went into this movie with low expectations because of the mixed reviews. So I expected it to not be good at all. And I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t bad at all in my opinion. Not the best movie ever, not amazing, but still pretty good. I still think the first Aquaman is better, but I still enjoyed this one

The Visuals and the CGI of this movie is definitely worth watching in the THEATRE 🔥🔥🔥
Hopefully for Aquaman too, the baby takes over the mother place because when they’re babies they grow at speed like fish do then they can do a pair up with teenage or grown-up daughter and father duo

Compared to the sad, teary, melodramatic, land-water dwellers xenophobia and mummy's boy-became-a-man show, that Aquaman 1 was, this AQ-man 2 sequel meets every darn criteria, looos every part, what a DC movie should be! Once again, the DC comic screenwriters have made me proud. Thought I'd seen the best of them in BLACK ADAM, but this? This looks like a popcorn-cinema lights up, 2 hour plus-worthy sit out. I'll see this one! Will find time away from seeing ailing hospital patients, to see it.

Excited to see Black Manta again
I want to watch this film as soon as possible, when I'm tired of the world of work, maybe this is one of my favorite fantasy films, a very cool film, I hope it will be as exciting when I watch it in the cinema this afternoon.

Aquaman movie both 1 n 2 are epitome of how a superhero movie should be..the storyline, the cinematography, the cgi, powerful villians, the action n adrenaline rush it gives is absolutely bang on.. DC isn't promoting or creating hype for this character it deserves more accolades than wonder woman or superman movie
In this movie, they mention " Orichalcum Fueling ". Cool to see they take inspiration from Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, since that is also used in there. Orichalcum.
I can’t wait for Aquaman 2! I’ve been waiting.
