One of my first thoughts when Momoa showed up on Stargate back in like, 2005, was "that man should play Lobo". This needs to happen 😂

This is just my opinion so it means zero. I honestly think DC goes with. Jason and Dwayne Johnson. They play the same roll over and over. Not only DC but EVERY WHERE in other movies. Over saturation of them Fast and Furious etc..plus they’re one dimensional. The one who is exceptional and shows multi-personal characters that are exceptional is Bautista.

This movie wasn't as bad as everyone made out. It's a lot better than I expected. Nothing amazing, but defo not the worst DCEU I've ever seen.

Massive waste of Black Manta who was a standout in the first movie. Didn’t really feel like he got to be an actual threat to Aquaman or Atlantis, and was basically reduced to a side character in his own revenge quest

DCEU will be a case study on the complete incompetence of Hollywood decision-makers. Imagine having all of that great comic book lore, money, and actors. Yet, not being able to create entertaining stories.

Every actor says "I've always been a fan of X, I hope I get cast as X, that would be cool" before publicly announcing their casting. It's GROSSLY obvious that's what jason is doing here, warner PR is having him test viewer reaction

I seriously can’t believe I enjoyed this movie. I thought I was gonna be bored out of my ass. They were parts that dragged like deez nuts. But I thought it was a good movie. Great sequel. Also a great standalone DC movie. But I do want him to continue as lobo.

The main problem is they got people excited thinking we were getting another Superman movie with Henry Cavil. Had talks with him...he made social media posts etc....we got teased the snyderverse could be salvaged. The Cavil would get to be in the hopeful Superman movie he wanted to do....then Gunn came and gunned everything to bits. With one stroke said....none of it matters Snyderverse is dead. Cavils let go. Every one is let go....and any movies coming out at that time get re worked and made irrelevant. So why invest the energy and money into seeing them. Which is a shame because all the actors headlining the snyderverse are good actors. Gunn could have kept them for a couple more years then phased them out with a crises on infinite earth's arc. But nah...homeboy was like....a Roman Emperor thumb downing that shit.

So Amber Heard's acting was better in a courtroom than an actual Hollywood Movie!?

I just finished watching Aquaman and The Kingdom and you had lots of amazing great visuals with fast paced storytelling with mainly montage of scenes which was okay. The 3rd act with the whole Helms deep Lord of the Rings reference was the saving grace and of course Jon Rhys Davies coming back to voice King Brin is a nice callback to him in the Peter Jackson films.

Think this is my first movie breakdown I've watched where I haven't seen the movie yet - which probably says a lot about how likely I am to go watch it.

This is sad. They just didn’t care about the fans and it will have an impact on how any and all future movies patronage.

aquaman 2 is like thor story and blackpanther ending vibe and iron man saying hes aquaman HAHA

So my ending for the DCEU was that after Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom we would’ve gotten a live action Justice League Apokolips War movie, and at the end, Barry runs to restart the universe, and doesn’t have enough speed, so the rest of the League comes with him and gives him a boost. While doing that the ripples of time from Barry running through to restart the universe pushes through them all and you see them become the previous actors who have played them, the League doesn’t notice it but us as the audience does. The movie ends with them recreating a big bang it becomes a white light, and you hear Superman say “I love you Lois” and then it pans out to space and the Earth 🌏 explodes, and then the rest of the universe. The credits roll, and post credit scene is suddenly the movie pauses, pans out to 3 figures watching this happen on a small 24 inch tv 📺 and it’s Constantine, Phantom Stranger, The Question, and The Spectre all there. Constantine says “What the Fuck was that?” Phantom Stranger responds “ That is your universe, it is over and has been restarted John”
