Transcript is mandatory for the APS certificate ?

I'm confused in one thing, do we need to send our documents directly to the university by post through uni assist by notarizing them or the APS certificate is enough

You need to send the documents as well.

What really helps is that if you have got an admission from any university, you can mail the university to ask the APS offce to process the application faster. I had paid online and contacted the university as soon as possible, after my documents reached APS office. I recieved an APS certificate within 21 days from the day my documents reached APS office. P.S.: I also applied for APS very late (end of august), so this might also be the reason for fast APS processing because, the traffic might have decreased by then.

I had received my aps document verification completed mail on 25 th april 2024. But I haven’t received any mail with the pdf. I received a mail in which they say it is attached to the mail. You can only complete all your steps carefully from your side, rest is on them. Anyways it's a little faster now.

Hi...how will i know if my account has been activated

I have paid through CCAvenue Payment mode on May 15th. My Payment got reflected immediately but later I did'nt get any update from APS regarding the process. It's been 45 days. My certificates courier reached APS on May 22nd. No update since then. My college starts on October 3rd. Can anyone help me how to know the status of my application.

Ask your university to chase the APS certificate for you. Mail them your application id, university will contact German embassy Delhi regarding to fasten your APS process.

Suppose, if when i will go for vfs for appointment and submitted the aps certificate as a paper based. so it will doesn't create any issue regarding digital sign because it cannot print if i printed as a paper ? please clear it.. Hi @Haus of learn, I applied in January and payment was done using neft. Only the payment status is changed to completed on May 3. How much time fo I need to wait for my aps. Also what uni and course you are going for? I am going to TU Dortmund this winsem!

Hi mam, I have a query regarding aps certificate . I have applied for aps long back so I have submitted my old IELTS certificate after thatI had took the exam again and got improved scores but now I got the aps certificate mentioning my old IELTS scores. And for all university applications and uniassist applications, I have uploaded the new score but now I'm going to send the aps certificate to the universities so will they check the score in the aps certificate or the one which I have already uploaded in the portal? Just a tip for all, if you haven’t received your APS certificate please courier your documents again to them and write a cover letter stating how urgent are you in need for the certificate. I did that ! I applied last December and got it 2 months ago because I did this and also keep checkout your spam mail.

If you do not have a degree certificate yet, you have to provide the provisional certificate. You can also drop a mail to them asking the same.

Hi, I applied for APS on March 10. Yet to receive any sort of notification from the APS authorities. Is there any way to contact the APS authorities other than the email id provided in their website?? Will going to their office will be of any use?. I tried paying via CCavenue, but the payment request was not request from their side and got cancelled. They are responding to any of the mails also. Is there any way to get any clarity?

they will not respond either calls or mails or their web site or their office. Make payment to their bank account mention payments details in application.

My professor responded to their email for verification on 2nd DEC but I received a mail from APS that "As per the verification process we have already send an email to the college or University but we have not received any response let. So Kindly contact to your college to respond our verification mail or share us the professors email id or student login id and password." on 15th Dec. So I asked my professor to reply once again and she did. I received the mail from APS again saying that they not received any response. What do I do now?

There's nothing much you can do. If you've gotten an admit from any university, you can ask them to send a list of admitted students for priority verification.

It depends on the university. Some universities will allow you some will not. Mostly universities that you'll have to apply through uni-assist might not allow you.
