    I love this review! You described owning this bike perfectly..🎯I have the exact bike except a 2018 and owning it has been like a gift from God.... so appreciative of this machine and what it can do on track and on the road. Sublime and a blessing that should be experienced by all who love riding performance machines

    That's a great review Andy. That was a great price for the bike, not much more than I paid for my MT10. Think even I would acknowledge that V4 is one of the great engines. Pit limiter but no fuel gauge, typically Italian. No heated grips could stop me buying

    Banditmanuk Cheers Richard, it was a great price, originally my brother looked at the street rs but is so glad he bought the Tuono. To be honest the heated grips is the annoying thing for me, which sounds stupid but I’ve always used mine a lot!, fuel gauge isn’t a big issue but not being able to get warm is!

    Thanks for doing the RR instead of the factory. Good, no nonsense review. Just bought a 2019 RR and looking forward to using it after the snow goes in March. You didn't review the headlights as a short coming, as more than a few think they are insufficient. Thought of an upgrade to LED? Getting rid of my K1200, shedding about 70 lbs. and gaining about 10 hp. so the wheelie control might be a necessity!

    Hi mate, I’ve got to do a new video now as I can compare the factory to the RR. Different beast to the mt10 , far more race bike with straight bars! Spain , booked for june 8th 😁 Stay safe mate!

    I agree, there is not enough different about the factory to justify the price difference. You can get really good deals on the RR. I have seen them in the USA as low as 13 grand brand new. The RSV tail on the factory is so cool looking, but the tail on the RR is also one of the best looking seat/tails on a bike as well. The paint schemes on some of the 2020 RR's is actually cooler than the Factory in my opinion as well. That red and black is bad ass.

    Also makes the rear seat usable for a tail pack, the factory suspension is better but not a massive difference on the road

    Terry Healy Thanks Terry, it’s not to bad but it’s a naked so you’re in the wind, but at least it’s clean air , to be fair I’ve had bikes with big screens that a far more annoying, my Superadventure I’ve used a few screens but have found the shortest one with a little spoiler that works for me well. We were abroad one year and I was on a MT10 we were cruising at about 130mph and the end of the day I could hardly lift my head as my neck was finished!, what bike have you got now?

    Great review, always loved the Tuono but was put off by the high service costs & High seat height. When I test rode one I noticed not happen at low RPM and throw out a lot of engine heat. What bike would you replace the Tuono with ?

  • @motorbiketoureruk

    @motorbiketoureruk

    At the moment, absolutely nothing, I honestly couldn’t think of a bike that I would change it to unless I was changing genre of bikes if that makes sense. The street fighter is a Ducati?!?! And way to expensive. The superduke hasn’t got a similar engine and is completely different to ride and didn’t feel like what I wanted. I think bike manufacturers are in a bit of a sticky situation at the mo. I mean the Tuono pumps out far more power than you can use on the road and has everything I want from a bike.

I have a 2014 Street Triple R and was looking to upgrade with the 2021 model, but now wondering what it would be like to switch to something like this. I know they are different machines. Any thoughts going from a a middle weight Street Triple to this ?

    How does the Factory with electronic Ohlins compare? Here's my dilemma: I can trade my bike to dealership , where I get $4k for the trade, plus $11.5k on top for a leftover 2019 Tuono Factory demo bike with about 300miles and 2yr factory warranty. My other option is to sell my bike, get around 6-7k tops in a private sale, and buy a 2019 Tuono RR with 2.7k miles that still has almost 2yrs left on the warranty, for $11k. I'll be going to the dealership this week to test ride both the RR and Factory to see the difference between them for myself. Your input would be invaluable in my decision making process. Thanks for the great vid!
