I laid 23 pallets of zenith zoysia back in late June. Now its mostly dead looking. I spread pfg complete, dirt booster, and humichar. It still looks bad. Praying its just going through a stress phase....

In the past you warned against overseeding annual ryegrass in bermudagrass but you're planning to do that "to protect your soil?" How do decide that it's worth doing that? What can you do to prevent the ryegrass from damaging the bermudagrass when it comes out of dormancy? I have overseeded my small lawn with annual ryegrass (Wake County, NC) and planned to kill it before the bermudagrass comes out of dormancy in the spring, based on what you said in another video. Should I do something different?

It's not a "lawn" and treated more like a green field. Plus it's common Bermuda.

Are you on the farm 100% now. Any Bermuda sod videos in the future?

It's been too dry to even think about it. It's all brown and dust right now.

To reach 3 inches it can take several months.

Is that powdered lime or pelletized lime?

Looks like powdered. Plus, he showed a chunk of it from the truck. Looks like they just load up chunks of limestone and then the truck has a built-in pulverizer.

1400 lbs. on now many acres ? My extension guy told me never put over 50 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft and any given time.

Ag lime is much slower to act than what you're getting in a bag at the store. You can throw 3-4 tons/acre of ag lime.
