Have you run into problems with fusion streaking or smearing on stealth?

I thought Xpel stealth was already hydrophobic, no?

All paint protection films exhibit more hydrophobicity than raw paint. But XPEL stealth is not marketed as being a hydrophobic PPF. To increase this property we like to coat it with XPEL fusion plus. XPEL does have a gloss finish hydrophobic PPF called XPEL Ultimate Fusion

So you stealth it to give it the no shine look and then you coated to get the 'shine'.....
