I had to chuckle when Captain’s ‘best’ was when you asked about the 🆘. My kids love to laugh at my expense, but it’s harmless stuff. In turn I get pleasure of watching and listening to my children l😂

It was so fun to see it again. Ended up in Marion, VA. It’s a wonderful little trail town with a fantastic Outfitters.

I had a sciatica flare up in Wind Gap, PA and was off the trail for about a week. I had reserved a car to get me back to Oklahoma, but after a five day round of Prednisone and my tramily had hiked on the day before me, I realized after a few beers I was dancing around my hotel room. I figured if I could dance, I could hike, so I cancelled the rental and called an Uber back to the trail and kept going for a few more months. If your pain continues, just hit up an Urgent Care before giving up.

PS. Most of those rescue devices require you to hold down the rescue button for several seconds. On some devices, it's not labeled so it's a good idea for both of you to know how to use it.

I noticed you filmed the fern, which is my absolute favorite thing on the trail. I probably have taken way too many pics of it:) Although I love the green green and brown, I have also observed and commented many times after hiking that you can go miles sometimes without seeing any color, then all of a sudden there is a a yellow or purple flower and I just have to stop and take a pic .

What a unique, pretty necklace! I don't wear jewelry, but I gotta purchase one of those neckaces. I enjoyed your hike today. You guys are getting stronger each day!! Glad you are getting picked uo by Will again. You need that family time!!! Your vlogs help me start my day on a positive note!!!!

Another awesome day for the both of you. Love the videos. I will be away on vacation to Alaska in 2 days will be gone for 2 weeks. I will miss your videos and have a lot to catch up on when I get back. That’s the only reason I did not reach out to you and offer trail magic because I will be away when you come right near my house. I would’ve loved to have met you and offered you a stay here overnight and offer trail magic but like I said, I will be in Alaska. About 5 qeeks back i camped out at campsite atop burkes garden road. I feed 3 operation second chance vererans. That next morning as i drove back down the burhes garden a small tesrling sized aboutb100 lb bear ran across the road less then hald miles from the campsite!
