相当マニアックです。
ピックアップをAP5PROに変えた際、一緒にネックも細くしました。AP5PROのネックの方が若干細く見えるのはそのせいです。

Great demo! I have the AP5 Pro in the Michael Fix model guitar. I liked it but wasn't totally satisfied with the tone... until I tried it with the AER pocket tools Dual Mix (I think the same pre amp as the Colourizer). Magical improvement to my ear. Thanks again for the demo!

Yes, I've also tried AP5PRO with AER pocket tools. As you say, my guitar sounded fabulous! If I had more money, I would purchase AER series...:)

What a fantastic demo - minus the aforementioned unfair comparison between the 'mic only' states of the two preamps, this is about as good as it could possibly get.

Yes, I only regret that I forgot to note the correct status of APmic's Internal mic. As I mentioned on the other's comment, "APmic's Internal mic" is "APMic piezo + Internal Mic with its full volume". Hope this video helps your guitar life! Thank you!

Tks for your comparison!!! that's Great Did you plug the guitar direct to Zoom H6 as an Audio interface when you record with pickup? And Could the Zoom record both its XY Mic and XLR/TRS at the same time?

I recorded these tracks directly to the Zoom H6 but I'm not sure whether it works as an Audio Interface while recording. I always use Zoom H6 as an Audio interface "after" finishing the recordings. H6 can record 6 channels simultaneously at maximum(Mic L&R and 4 inputs), so you can easily record XY Mic and XLR/TRA at the same time :) Hope this comment helps you!
Is it possible that APMic is better? the very first clip is amazing! and 1:1 blend also sounded better with APMic..
Wait do you have both pickups in your guitar or did you switch the apmic for the ap5 pro

+Steve Buenrostro I replaced the pickup from APMic to AP5PRO recently. This video is before/after the replacement. The guitar itself is exactly the same one.
Are we really looking at two different guitars. The writing on both guitars look exactly the same. ????
Are you happy with the upgrade to the AP5 pro? Do you think it's worth it?

Sorry for late reply. Without a doubt, it was a correct choice to replace from APMic to AP5PRO. Using AER pocket tools, you can have better sounds.
It's impossible to have the AP MIc by it's own - you can with the AP5 Pro though. It makes this test unfair

+Connor Thomas Oops, yes, you're right. It's impossible to output APMic's Internal Mic only. I forgot to say it in the description box. To say correctly, "APMic Internal Mic" is "APMic piezo + Internal Mic with full volume" and "APMic Piezo" is "APMic Piezo(without Internal Mic)". Thank you for pointing it out!

I was stunned at the beginning thinking that 'APMic Internal Mic' was way better than 'AP5Pro Internal Mic'...thanks for pointing out!
