Do you see how the right shoulder muscle looks like it is lower than the left? With a big defined bulge on the left? What is this? I have this.
i feel like my bicep tendonities doesnt allow me to do this stretch. i feel strain on my front upper arm while doing this.
An you do a video on fixing it please

Mobility exercises and stretches for the shoulders, particularly things like sleeper stretches, thoracic extension mobility and tricep stretches 👍
