I recall when i prepared cucumber& youghert with all subtle flavours of mint .rose ..etc for my english and Chinese friends though in the beginning they were a bit wary to try but nowadays it's become part of there table .it's quote from them that" since you cooked in our home our appetite and dishes have changed significantly" what more surprising than that

Well we don't fry the sabzi at all in our family, it still tastes good you should try it, we just put the raw herbs as is with no added oil and do frying.

@@ArianaBundy_Official It's a family thing, my mother was a little peculiar about our health and believed the herbs shouldn't be fried for two reasons, one it adds extra oil to the stew and two, the herbs retain their nutritionist better the less they are cooked or fried. It's a new taste for Ghormeh Sabzi and it's what I grew up with, I've tried basically every version and I can't really tell you which I prefer. I love'em all!

Where r rest of the episodes... I want them in english. Cant learn persian. Love from India..........

من این ویدئو های آشپزخانه آریانا را اولین باری است که میبینم، از بس که آشپزی و غذاهای چین و هند و ترکیه و کشورهای آسیای شرقی در یوتیوب فراوان است، آدم فکر می‌کنه پس غذاهای ایرانی کجا هستند، همه چیز شده مال این کشور‌ها، حتی افغانستان هم غذاهایش را نمایش میدهد، حیران شدم که فعلا دور دور ما نیست و همه سوء استفاده میکنند، مگر نه اینکه در شمال ایران بیش از سیصد نوع غذا به ثبت یونسکو رسیده، پس چرا حرفی ازش نیست! حتی طوری کشورها غذاهایشان را نشان میدهند که انگار نیاکان ما نان خشک می‌خوردند! این ویدئوهای خانم جوان و زیبای ایرانی با رفتار و حرکات موزون یک زن ایرانی با همه مشکلاتی که احتمالا در تهیه آش دارد، مرا به وجد آورد، درست که ایران امروز چندین لایه ای و زشت و زیباست، اما این ویدئوها گوشه ای از فرهنگ و تمدن ایران را به نمایش میگذارد، از تمامی دست اندرکاران این برنامه سپاس فراوان دارم.

دورود به برنامه سفر گردى شما به مهين ما ايران . در برنامه شما بهتر بود كه يا به زبان انگليسى صبحت كنى و يا به زبان ملى مهين خودت. ميتوانستى خيلى راحت از زير نويس انگليسى استفاده كنى چون تو رفتى به كشورت. لازم نبود
