Chef Bundy, this is Laknima from Sri Lanka and I'm a huge admirer of Iranian cinema, after watching your documentaries I even more became a fan of Iranian food..nice work and you are an absolute, adorable foody/food lover..!!!
Just watching these episodes makes my mouth water! I think Persian cuisine looks like one of the most delicious in the world! Too bad I’m allergic to all nuts and dates :( perhaps I’ll try cooking with some rose water instead.

Dear Instead of fish you could have used AAGHRAB meat since they are plentiful and also cheap in kashan !!! btw is your nice oon vare aab house part of your jahiziyeh ?? if it is my nane or better yet your future madar shohar is going to be very happy !!!
