How was your experience with MTX-RC so far?

Id love to buy these but anything not scubapro is so difficult to get serviced around these parts.

What do you recommend between MTX or aqualung legend elite if price wasn’t a factor

Despite being designed for cold water would there be any disadvantage using this set in warm water?

is this payback for marks last video?

hello, I had a question. I will soon acquire the MTX RC. However, I rarely dive in cold water but rather in warm water. Is it just as efficient in hot water? thanks for you reply

Yes, cold-water regulators function just as well in warm water as they do in cold waters. Warm water is easy for regulators but, in cold waters the chances of the valve freezing increase with heavy use. They'll be great in warm waters

Im still wondering if I should trade my Mk25evo/a700 combo for an mtx-rc combo. I mostly dive coldwater but never had issues with my scubapro

Ok i just bought it, now I will use my scubapro for teaching and the Mtx-rc for private dives with doubles

@@diveinstructordaniel1095 Someone I asked said “Within Rec diving 40m, the MK25 A700/S600 is better, however, for deeper tech dives the MTX-RC is better” From your experience/knowledge is that true? And regarding the better breathing, at what depth you experience that?

@@asimsg9231 it really depends on the water you are diving in. They both are great regulators. I just have experience up to 40-50m with both and they do equally well. The mtx-rc just breaths better at any depth in my opinion.

Hi guys,, I’m in the market for a regulator and I’m really torn between Apeks MTX-RC and ScubaPro MK25 A700,, money is no problem 1- What would you recommend and why? 2- Do you know the WOB ( work of breathing) for each one? Best

It really is down to personal choice. Both those regulators are very good units, I have dived on them both extensively. I prefer the ComfoBite mouthpiece on the Apeks, although Scubapro mouthpieces are better now than they were in the past. It is also worth looking at what the availability of parts/servicing is in your area for both, as that might be a deciding factor. Ref the WOB of both, Google will be your friend for that info...

Or there will be no noticeable difference between them within recreational diving (40m)?! Regarding WOB, I couldn’t find any for MTX-RC. I even emailed Apeks couple of days ago, but I got no response!
