Not sure what you do for a living, but you show apartments more professionally than some "seasoned" realtors! Great job!! Love these apartment tours, ya'll should tour the new ones being built in Moore called The Curve. I'm pretty sure you can tour the model apartments already and I see people asking about them all the time in various groups on social media

Great Video ! Looks like you can get a lot of bang for your buck in OK compared to many apartments here in Alaska. As a nurse, I like to keep my rent cheap so I can splurge more lol🥰

I word of advice, which by the way has nothing to do with discrimination. I myself am of mixed race. Be very cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I am currently living near Indian computer engineering students. Ever since they moved in I have been having issues with my Wifi and computer network being hacked. Besides that, they like to save money and so they will fit about 4 people in a one bedroom apartment. Which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally they like having phone conversations outside which usually tends to be in front of other tenants apartments which can cause a disturbance. When they use the laundry room they leave the clothes in the machines over night and do not clean up after themselves once they are done. Additionally, They are not very clean in general. Once a cat must have taken a dump near their front door and they never cleaned it up. This attacted flies in my home. It was a mess.

Oh no that's horrible. I'm so sorry to hear about that. We have had our share of bad neighbors but we finally got a decent one and it's been wonderful!

You do have to pay for bills. I hardly ever see all bills included anymore around here unfortunately. For most apartments you will pay water & electric. And usually they have a preferred internet provider depending on the hookups either Cox or AT&T

Also sometimes water is billed through the apartment and not through the water company so it'll be included in your rent. Thanks for watching!

Are you looking to rent an apartment, hotel stay, or like an air bnb for a week? These apartments are located in NW OKC and SW OKC. The ones up north have more stuff around them so I can suggest something up that way.

This apartment is HUGEEE I live in AZ and an apartment like this would be 3k + for a 2 bdrm I am floored lol. That kitchen is the size of my living room and I pay 1700 lol I am looking to move to OKC September thanks for the great tour love the choices. If there's availability this is on my list

the 1 beds have a lot more space than i was expecting im currently looking into apartments id prefer to stay under 750 if possible though lol

Winter in OKC is pretty mild, I believe our worst month is February. Last year our winter was hectic with plenty of snow and ice, but overall winter is very tolerable.

Yea most places do a month to month after your inital lease but it's usually a lot higher in rent. Like for example rent could be $950 on a year lease but month to month is $1450.

Yes, we are still here! The Landing apartments in this video are quiet and out of the way but the other one in this video is in a more bustling area. Yukon would be good for quiet and safe in my opinion. Look into Lindsey Property management. I've known people to stay in several of their complexes in norman, Yukon, moore, okc and they have all liked it. They usually have a wait list to get in though so you may want to inquire early if you do decide to check them out.

i hope these apartments are still available when i move out 😳

Do you have family or friends to stay with? Maybe try to get a small apartment where you don't have to pay a bunch for a deposit to move in.

You guys have gotta get into real estate!! Sell some houses!! These apartment complexes should be compensating you for this great job!!

A couple of apartments do. I know that District on 119 does and so does a newer complex on 19th in Moore I forget the name.

Is Yukon a good area to move to?

Very good! It's a suburb of okc so it's easily accessible. It's getting built up out there and from my research newer housing additions seem to be slightly cheaper out that way. I don't have kids but I hear the school system is great as well.

I need to see some retirement homes with 3 or 4 bedroom.

Newer? I can't think of any really at that price point. Alot of older apartments will be around that price or you could find an apartment that is older but had the insides renovated that may be around that price on the nw side. Try around memorial area or nw expressway

This would cost about $1150 per month here in broken arrow.
