great video, how much is the rent, am guessing no more than between 50,000 to 60,000 yen, you have an awesome video 😀 👍, my favorite part of the video is the kitchen, am a bit of a minimalist so ya, I like things compact and the apartment looks spacious, the apartment i had back here in the u.s. was just all one room, accept for the bathroom that came with a shower and a toilet, I forgot the price of the rent, I know that with the leopalace21 apartments that you have to order some things that should come with the apartment before you can move in, did you had to order any additionally with the apartment, just asking 😀, thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to your reply - CyberGod 😊 😀

Thank you for the compliment. Leopalace apartment is already fully furnished. Once you move in it already has the washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven and television. The only thing that you need to buy is your mattress. Monthly rent is 50,000 yen. But it differs on the location. Thanks.

Was mattress provided by leopalace when you first came to the apartment? I am asking because I am also going to japan and I also rented a 1K apartment from leopalace

Normally sa mga Leopalace Apartment eh may provided na wifi pero separate na bayad pa yun.

Sir pwede bang kasama tumira ang wife po sa bahay na ito for a month lang? leopalace din po ako. Bibisita sana siya max 1month pde po kaya siya tumira di po ba bawal?

Sa pagkakaalam ko eh pwedeng pwede naman. Guest mo naman sya lalong lalo na wife mo pa. May mga cases nga na dalawa talaga permanently ang tumitira sa mga ganitong apartment.

Ang rent ng apartment dito sa Japan generally ay nakadepende sa location. Kung halimbawa sa Tokyo area eh expected na mahal talaga. Kapag malapit sa train station eh mahal din. Kapag sa countryside naman eh medyo mura na kaunti. At sa pagtaas ng apartment location eh mas nagiging mahal ang rent sa pagkakaalam ko. At an average ang rent sa isang 1K Leopalace apartment eh nagre range ng 40K to 50K yen.

Ang alam ko pwede for 2 people yung mga ganitong apartment kase may mga cases na yung ibang tumitira sa katabi namin eh 2 sila kaya pwede sa magasawa. Pagdating naman sa space ay saktong sakto din para sa 2 tao.
