You forgot the price. It's usually around 40-60k yen depending on the place.

If noisy and light bother you, it might be possible to sleep inside the underbed storage once in a while.

It depends. I paid for my mattress, which was on top of what I've paid for my move-in cost. But if want to cut expenses, you can buy cheaper mattresses online or from local stores.

Hi there! more or less ¥230,000. This was in Yamagata Prefecture, a countryside. Fees may be higher in big cities like Tokyo.

Rooms are not soundproof. Check the trapdoor inside the shoe area

I would like to know roughly the length of the bed frame. You said it's perfect for you, but how tall are you?
