I got a place in WBroadway 3 bedroom for 1695 because it was all brown and then repainted!

Hey, hope you know this already but if the landlord force you to move out they have to 1. give you 2 month notice, and 2. compensate you with 1 month rent for forcing you out (this is assuming they wanted the suite back for their own use, and that you had a tenancy agreement to begin with!)

You work from home and have a vehicle, just suck it up and move further out. I didn't want to originally but now I got a 2-floor house, upstairs: 1 master bedroom. 2 smaller bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, and a kitchen. downstairs: 1 master bedroom, 1 living room, half bathroom, laundry room. Plus we got a huge backyard for only $2100 in Richmond. Works great for me and my roommate, we rarely see each other other than when I'm upstairs cooking or going for a shower.

I’ve been thinking about moving to BC so I’m taking this video as a sign! I liked the pink one bc of all the mirrors and the pink.💀 But I also really liked the 3 bedroom one because of the potential office space. The one you ended up picking was really nice too! I like the floor bc it looks modern and I especially like how bright it is.

Last one is the best if you're wanting your place to look nice for videos and stuff but I would have chosen the pink one. loved the location and size. I would have asked the owners if I could paint it if I paid for it though. Not a huge fan of the pink but still so nice.

Just found a new channel to sub to....I love our neighbors to the north and have dreams of moving to Montreal someday , but it is very hard for someone from the US to move to Canada, there are tons of rules etc. I love to visit often(pre-covid) and cant wait for my next trip to Montreal or Vancouver! Damnnn the pink one was gaudy but fascinating, I actually really want to know more about the history of that building! Like why is the bathtub designed that way? Why did the owners install mirrors everywhere? I would not live there (if I couldn't repaint the walls) but I'd definitely have checked the place out too just to see it too. I agree that the last place was the best, the fact that it was a 2 bath immediately made it so much more worth it!

What do you recommend for foreign 😅 that is alone to get an apartment with roomies and don’t get scammed.

The pink one did not look much like a home. It looked more like a place that has been used for commercial purposes, especially with all those mirrors. No one needs a whole wall covered by mirrors unless they dance in front of those mirrors every day!
