Well he got it 8 months ago and the market has gone up a lot in the last couple of months especially during summer... So yeah maybe he was able to get that last year.

The rents are going down soon don’t worry. The city is great well organised but you must share a place with a friend or your other half in order to say that you are comfortable with everything. That’s the truth. Above all this the city has many opportunities for development in any activity you do. 200 years history is nothing compare to other places.

it would be more expensive now, I would say, this would rent for $2800 or 3000, instead of $21000. but it can be hard to secure it because lots of people are trying to move here currently ! :)

at this time I had a pick up truck :/ so I mainly just drove around. otherwise people rent u hauls for a day or evo cars here :)
