It's like he's romancing his guitar all around the stage. It's really captivating to watch someone who is totally into his craft. I've listened to this song since I was a young boy in the early 60s, and it is as fresh and as enjoyable today as it was way back then. Thank you, Hank Marvin!

Truly one of the all time best guitarists ever.
I think it's such a testament to hank's skill that he can captivate an entire audience with nothing but a guitar and some background music, he is up there alone with no lyrics and still able to deliver such an amazing performance and entertain such a large crowd, a true musician.

I doubt very much he uses only one guitar. The one he’s most famous for is still owned by Cliff and is (I believe) in Bruce’s possession. It’s a 1959 Fender. He influenced so many big names in music with the ‘voice’ he gave to his guitars. I love his smile, he’s my husband’s cousin and it’s the same smile.

Hank is the master of the 'Clean Sound' of guitar playing, if you listen to his playing you will never hear a false note, or any that should not be there. But he still plays with passion, and i guess that is why he has been admired for so long.

So happily surprised that I know this song from my youth! I enjoyed his short performance on stage with Dire Straits, playing Going Home with Mark Knopfler, and hearing that Marvin was a huge inspiration to Mark's guitar passion. So...on investigating Marvin this evening, re-discovered his music all over again!
