I got a set of these for my Falco about 5 years ago from John when he was still developing kits. John was great to deal with open to suggestions (he was still developing the Falco kit) and very responsive. The difference in starting the bike is astonishing, great kit.

Fitted the kit two weeks ago... it’s unbelievable the difference... almost takes the “joy” of having an Italian bike, starting every single time on the first push of the button... 😂

I’ve put one of these kits on my Gen1 Tuono. Brilliantly put together, every cable length and connector is spot on. Has also solved all my old starting problems. 👍🏽

QUICK FIX. I just ran an extra 4 gauge positive cable directly from my battery to the solenoid in parallel with original OEM one been left in place. Haven’t had any problems the warm starts since. Two years now and still works sweet.

Looking well Griff, great interview with some fantastic information for all us Aprilia owners. My bluey is still going well, albeit I've not ridden for a few years due to health issues.

Just fitted mine. It fires up really strongly now. Did find I couldn't route the cables to the solenoid as it was, otherwise there'd be a right kink in the cable, but still managed to sort it. Starter motor is a bit of a pig to get to. Also voltage on the dash went up to 15.2V at one point, hovering around 14.5V. Which is good to see after fitting a new stator and rec recently.

I had a set of JW cables fitted on my gen 2 RSV when I had my stator done at Griffs 4 years ago. Bike still starts a treat.

Great vid as always Griff, very informative. 👍 Even better it’s a British product. I don’t have starting problems with my (02) Mille, but may get the new cables before I do eh ????... 🤔😂 Ride safe, be safe. G.

Nice one , ordered this from you 2 days ago , arrived next day , installed today , bit of a chore but fits beautifully , Power cables seem long because the route in instructions details not to go around outer frame , this makes the cables a little tight , but nonetheless looks good placed with my new noco NLP14 lithium battery , check out the connections on that ; game changing battery

@@APWorkshops I finally got around to fitting these last night. Not the easiest thing to do (for me). Getting that positive cable down through the frame was a ballache. There just didnt seem to be enough space for the old cable and the new one. did i miss something obvious? it came with instructions but im a bit of a novice at this stuff. An installation video would be great if you guys could. 😏
