Hello! need to look for another solution. It is not rational to poison so much primary copper with acids. Consider such an option as hydrometallurgy. This means fusing everything into one ingot, and then refining the copper by electrolysis. Gold will be in the sediment. I say exactly!

Yeah, thank you..your awesome, but so far we can't afford industrial electrolysis which worth thousand of dollars, and also high temperature smelter equipment to do the job perfectly.. building your own electrolysis is not too easy,

After that long of a period of time you're just working with acid there's no longer any peroxide present just so you know it just isn't stable that long under those conditions but you could expedite the process by adding some non-iodized sea salt so that all those little electrons get stripped off faster and more efficiently which I think is a much better option than high-priced food grade hydrogen peroxide unless you're just in it for the videos and not looking to turn a profit in a reasonable amount of time

When you added the hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid to your bucket with the paper filters what was this second ingredient you added between the hydrochloric acid and the sulfuric acid because I couldn't quite make out what you said if you don't mind I rewinded it four times and still couldn't tell what you were saying and I really need to because I've got a mess of that post gold recovery waste and I'm having a lot of trouble separating it so any hope you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Also what was that first filter you used that you could almost see through just before the cotton in the funnel because I've been using coffee filters but they clog so fast and if I did it in two stages using a coarser filter I think that would help a bunch but I'm not sure what to use

The filter paper that i was added in between hydro and sulfuric that was the cediment from AP solutions, after captured residue with filter i allowing the AP solutions to settle down 24 to 48 hours, because sometimes gold are dissolved in Ap. because the Ap solution are loaded with copper, the gold that was dissolved will push away and precipitate as a fine black powder, then i decant the solutions to another big bucket to get some precipitations and capture to filter paper, i am not sure 100% if that precipitations are all gold, but just to insure that nothing gold losses, so i add to aqua regia.

About the first filtration, is to capture remaining solids, and also sticky, so that you don't have trouble during filtrations with filter paper. sticky can cause clog to your filter paper be sure to capture that first.
