  Actually that's a sample video my friend, and I don't used this method to extract gold today. He're's some tips to avoid bad effect of mercury, avoid mercury to open air always submerge mercury in water to avoid evaporations. When using mercury to extract gold do not directly melt the gold without retorting as shown in the video. Always wear respitory mask when retorting. The problem in indonesia when using mercury, they directly melt the gold without retorting. Remove the mercury first before melting the gold that's a proper way.

  @@PoorMiners321 I've dissolved 1/2 ounce buttons in nothing but HCl and nitrate salt. And a little heat. For that matter HCl and 29% H2O2 works also. So far I have 14 ozt of recovery and refining experience.

  @PoorMiners321 If you have tin in the mix, the Aqua Regia will form tin chloride and steal some gold into gold stannate. The purple tint can be hidden by the green from the copper chloride. It will not show up in a stannous test, and it will not drop or cement out either. I've taken the choice of eliminating the tin prior to any chloride processing.

  yes, that is also possible, 52% hno3, and 25% hcl, 3:1 ratio, if you can't find higher concentrations. but good concentrations of aqua regia 68% hno3 and 29% to 35% hcl.

  Perdón por la respuesta tan larga, creo que el proceso de lavado de la precipitación es incorrecto aquí. ¿Lavaste la precipitación una y otra vez con agua destilada? tal vez unas cuatro veces? ¿Y luego lavado con ácido clorhídrico?

  Do you neutralize nitric? If not then its imposible to get gold out from solution, contenue add smb until foaming comes on the top of solution, then add distilled water to dilute solution.

  Yeah I did with sulfamic acid. But after I add smb first I get gold not all of it though. My stanneous is still positive. So do I know add hcl and heat it to add sulfamic then smb again. Right ...

  @andrebattis9410 don't add sulfamic again it contaminate your solution, filter it to get the precipitated gold, then the filter solution add hcl and heat then add smb

  @andrebattis9410 if you dont get precipitation, calculate the estimated gold you have in solution, sometimes the stannous test turn purple because of too much adding smb, if you think that there's missing gold last option is to add zinc powder to cement out the remaining gold in your solutions.

  Bro yung tingga na sinasabi mo hindi yan pwedi gawing stannous test kasi lead man yun, yung ginagamit sa stannous test ay pure tin metal. Ibabad mon lang yung tin sa muriatic hanggang matunaw lahat ratio nito ay 15grams of pure tin, 50ml muriatic.

  @@PoorMiners321 Another good one for you is gold flotation. Flotation plus panning is more efficient than cyanide and better if there is carbon or gold sulphides.

  ​@@PoorMiners321You should switch to gold flotation then. And since you wont have Xanthates, i reccomend Dithiocarbamate ( found as fungicide) instead of Xanthate- and works better. Flotation plus gravity separation, is better than cyanidation in most cases.

  Hey bro listen I messed I think. I had a 3 gallons of aqua regia I add ferrous sulfate to it. But it seemed like it didn't work so I used a little lye. And cemented iron and other. I took brown sludge added HCL and turned green. But there's grey sludge at the bottom it takes forever to strain. Do you think if I added aqua regia to the sludge I can get back my gold. Sorry I don't else to ask and your really good at this I would appreciate it. Thanks

  3 gallons of aqua regia? What are your gold source? From electronics? Or from gold ore? But anyway, when you add iron sulfate you need to stir longer, allow the gold to precipitate, be patience, the problem here you add lye, lye can precipitate all metals, now this time you started to add lye then continue the job by adding lye to completely precipitate all metals then filter, then boil with distelled water multiple times until no more lye then dissolve the precipitate again with hno3 with distelled water 50/50 in ratio then the remaining resedue dissolve to aqua regia.

  I took the white sludge that was in the bottom tested it and it came back a little that it was gold. It was was so hard to strain, but then I dissolved it in aqua regia and that's where I'm at now

  شكرا لك أخي سأستخدم الزئبق عندما أعتقد أن درجة نقاء الذهب المجهري عالية وليس الذهب المعقد، وسأستخدم أيضا الماء الملكي للذهب الذي يأتي من الصخر كون درجة نقاء الذهب المجهري عالية وليس ذهبا معقد، ليس لدي فرن حتى الآن يا أخي، ولكن هذا هو حلمي الأكبر، في يوم من الأيام عندما أكسب المال وأستطيع توفير المال للشراء قريبًا
