I don't think he hates Liverpool or loves Manchester United nearly as much as most lower class fans love their teams and hate their opposition. In fact a lot of former players enjoy seeing their club lose because it helps their personal legacy and then the fans become nostalgic towards them and it keeps them relevant. Sir Alex Ferguson definately ran away just as Klopp, Pep and the world class managers were coming to the Premier League and poisoned the local well so to speak before handing over the Manchester United job so fans will always remember him as Man United's "best ever".

Allison never looses concentration. He regularly stands in goal for 60 to 80 mins without having touched the ball, then the opposition create a scoring opportunity he is as sharp as a razor in his reactions. It’s quite unreal how good he is.

People judge him of watching highlights and when they don’t see he’s not scoring every game they say he’s overrated but if they watched him play in full games they’d realise how incredible he is the passes he makes and opportunities he creates are incredible salah and mane wouldn’t score as much as they do without firmino

Carra is spot on - Klopp doesn’t get the recognition he deserves for how much he improves players. Recruitment has been great, yes, but the levels he’s turned these players into is beyond belief.

Sturridge has a mental problem in playing. Gerrard said that in one game, it took him time to comvince Sturridge to play when Suarez was out. Sturridge was clear to play but was afraid that he would get injured again. If his mentality was diffferent, he could've been a monster up to now.

He can certainly be respected. He is very objective about Liverpool, doing his job as pundit, while he was refreshingly honest telling the world how much it hurt when Liverpool won the title this year. And that’s what you want: football people who stick with their old rivalries, but can also objectively respect a rival’s quality.

Attitude, mentality and team spirit are what make the difference. I'm not sure whether it's more because of choosing the right characters or the upbringing effect in the team, it's probably the mix. Never understood an actual hatred for other clubs, I'm a United fan, I love the rivalry and banter, but never 'hated' another club. I'm envious of what Liverpool are doing now but I'm glad they're doing it because its great to watch and Klopp is a top manager. I have always appreciated that Gary Barlow (I think that's his name) takes the time to clarify what he's saying. Eg: 'at this moment...in time'. Wow! Great points by Neville regarding Alisson, today. He made some easy looking but crucial saves and showed his quality and why he's the best GK in the world IMO.

Alisson don't make his saves look unnecessarily spectacular unlike many GKs. I'm talking in general here, not just this game. His positioning & anticipation is also superb. Seems to be at the right place and at the right time, most of the times..... just like all the great "goal poaching" strikers

I thought he was fairly professional about it though. Despite hating them he was really singing their praises of how good they are as a team and how nobody had a chance of catching them. He makes it clear he’s not happy about them winning which I kind of respect putting bias out there so everyone knows it but he still analyzed the performances and the quality pretty objectively

"It wasn't the perfect performance, though...." Won the game, kept a clean sheet, no one sent off and all away from home in a tough fixture. What more do you want?

Never been so happy to see a football team as good as this Liverpool Squad. Maybe bit of a brown nose as I have been a Liverpool fan since birth, but this is truly the most exciting time for this club and for all of us as fans. We've waited long enough, and the league is absolutely all we need to focus on achieving this year.

Firminho has been coached into one of the best CFs in the game today. Neville needs to realise how important coaching is before he begs for Ole to be given time.

Gary Neville is a great pundit, very humble

People who say Firmino is overrated underestimate the importance of him. Salah and Mané would not score as many goals without Firmino. Pay attention to the finer details and stop focusing on his lack of goals. His value is more than that. He is a connecter. They only get the chances they do because Bobby plays the way he does. Klopp has even said his goals (or lack of) are not important because they need him for other things. Klopp also stated he is exceptional, unique and doesn’t know of any other player like him. If you actually paid attention to/study how they all play and in particular the dynamic between the front three you would understand just how crucial he is. Firmino is on another level.

Now these days everybody thinks firmino is the worst striker in the premier league. Football fans are so stupid

Klopp needs to take all the credit his Man management is elite level look at Milner and Henderson he took them to level they didn’t even think they would get to
