This very beautiful man has one of the most melting voices that I've ever heard. Saw him in Bedworth (England) in 2013, and met him backstage after the show - such a gentleman :)

This man played the best Joseph ever. He was made for it. Why couldn't they have kept him in the show longer then they did he deserved it. Where is he now?

Agree, Lee has a wonderful voice but Donny is the total package, voice, personality, enthusiasm, emotion etc

The Best Version Ever. Lee Mead is , "Amazing" as JOSEPH.

He did an amazing job. I love how amazing he sounds, I am proud of him. 💕 And this is exactly how I view faith, that there is supposed to be unbelievable and happy moments as well as pits and struggles. It is peaks and valleys and it is ok to be a Christian and feel like this as well, this Christianity is not supposed to be awful suffering all the time. I view God as a positive God though I know sometimes we have affictions as well💗

We need more shows like this for new acts

I saw Lee at the Adelphi and Keith in a touring production, both excellent if very different performances. I'm so glad they were first and second.

Now we just need a music video for "Close Every Door".

Another fine performance of this lovely song - Only the very best young singers/actors seem to be given this role and they do it justice.....

2:25 - 2:33, I never saw this show as I'm American, but I always adored that moment. Even though he didn't win, the runner up Keith Jack still goes to hug Lee who won and is crying. It warms my heart:)

I'm Perry Cree. This takes me back to 1974 when I was in the children's choir in the production at the Leicester Haymarket theatre which starred Maynard Williams as Joseph (Bill Maynard's son). I appeared in the show for all the revivals until I was fifteen, such fond memories. One of the brothers in the 1974 production was Alan Rickman and it was directed by Robin Midgely with the late, great Robert Mandell overseeing the choir vocals.

Joseph One was - any dream will do, sound of music was - how do you solve a problem like Maria, Wizard of Oz one was - over the rainbow, & Oliver/Nancy one was- I’d do anything. If you put in the name of the show then put season 1 episode 1 next to the show name it should come up with the first episode of the show and then it will give the other episodes in the video bar. If not just look for the specific episode manually when you get to it. Hope this helps.

As a quoir member of 2 productions at Her Majesty's Theatre Aberdeen during my youth it occurs to me the reality is......IT IS said Youthful Choirs that make "Joseph" SO POPULAR!
