Whenever I tried to felt asleep my anxiety starts to kick in and I felt startled and jump up or woke up from the sleep immediately. And I felt so scared to sleep anymore and keep on thinking about it again. Anyone else can relate?

@@daina3508 i told myself what it is every time it happened "i fell asleep and woke myself up, its nothing good nor bad, lets go back to sleep" and over time, with the approach i gave to the situation, the better it got and if i do jump in my sleep i just wake briefly and fall back to sleep. Happy healing♡

This was just great. Thank you for doing these. Your voice is so soothing. I listened with earbuds at work. Felt like I was getting sick or a cold. But now that I listened, I feel calmer, have less pain in my neck and throat and feel like maybe I can stay longer at work than I planned 30 minutes ago.

Yesterday something very scary happened to me. Like holy shit. Was lying down, suddenly I got up and feel extremely dizzy, almost lose consciousness, can't hear anything, was sweating buckets. It was so scary. My mom says it's hypotension episode and that it's normal, but I'm 19, I shouldn't have these things. I felt like I was dying. It seems that whenever I'm getting better something happens that fucks me up.

Do you have a video like this that targets breathing, rather than just the throat? I'm unable to search just through your videos for some reason. Between global crisis and personal ones I don't have time or energy to really work on myself right now, but these videos help. I feel like a leaky boat and the anxiety symptoms find the tiniest crack to seep in. Plug one and another springs up. 😕

Donna, if you really want to heal you will find time to work on yourself, remember that you are your first priority and dont let other things make you think differently. In order to heal, you have to commit to it and change your habits, starting from your mindset. Go for it, don't let excuses take you away from your recovery path! Hugs
