ഞാന് നാല് വര്ഷം മുമ്പ് panic attack ന്റെ ഒരവസ്ഥയിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോയിരുന്നു. തുടര്ച്ചയായ ഒന്നര വര്ഷം. കോളേജിന്റെ പടികള് കയറാന് തുടങ്ങുമ്പോള് anxiety തുടങ്ങും. പിന്നെ ക്ലാസ്സില് എല്ലാവരും silent ആയി sir സംസാരിച്ചു തുടങ്ങുമ്പോള് ഭയന്ന് വിറച്ച് തണുത്ത് മരവിച്ച് ഇറങ്ങി ഓടാന് തുടങ്ങും. ഇപ്പൊഴും എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല ആ കോളേജിലെ എന്ത് കാര്യമാണ് എന്റെ മാനസിക നിലയെ ഇത്രയും നശിപ്പിച്ച് ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയതെന്ന്. പിന്നീട് ഡോക്ടേഴ്സിന് പോലും കൃത്യമായി എന്നെ സഹായിക്കാന് കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. പക്ഷെ പതുക്കെ പതുക്കേ ഞാന് എനിക്ക് സ്വയം ടാസ്ക്കുകള് നല്കി എന്നെ പഴയപോലെ ആക്കാന് ശ്രമിച്ചു. ഒപ്പം യോഗ ചെയ്യാന് തുടങ്ങി. അത് വലിയൊരു അദ്ധ്വാനം ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഞാന് എന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചു.

Most of the people who having any small kind of mental troma or difficulty, they want to hide it inside themselves and they don't try and take efforts to escape from it even though we try to help them... Please suggest any method to change there mindset that to consult a phycologist is not at all a problem, it's for there better tomorrow..

I have told many persons including my parents about my anxiety but each and everyone of them said to me that its just a feeling. This didnt bring me any relief, and moreover I thought that I have an isolated case of anxiety and apparently there is nothing that I can do. But I did research on my own and I read many studies and I gained knowledge about. This helped me to control my anxiety. And YOU by doing this I hope that someone from somewhere will benefit from it. To all those people who have some sort of mental illness, please hold on!!! This too shall pass and you WILL get better. I promise!!! Each and everyone of you is important!!!!!

I can understand what they feel.....cuz I was also suffered it....... പണ്ട് ഞാൻ ചെറുതായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ അക്ഷരം പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ വീട്ടിൽ വന്ന ആശാൻ എന്നെ Sexually abuse ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് ...... അന്ന് വീട്ടുകാർ അയാളെ നന്നായി കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്ത് വിട്ടു ....but അതിന്റെ after effects വല്ലാത്ത ഒരു അനുഭവം ആയിട്ടാണ് മാറിയത്...കാരണം പലപ്പോഴും സ്കൂളിൽ സാറുമാർ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് അടുത്ത് വിളിച്ചു വരുത്തി പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്ന സമയത്തു നല്ല പേടി വരും.... I skipped many class , failed many exams ,lack of concentration , സ്കൂൾ തന്നെ പേടിസ്വപ്നം ആയിട്ട് മാറി.......10-ആം ക്ലാസിൽ എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ ഫ്രണ്ട് ഞാൻ പഠിക്കുന്ന സ്കൂളിൽ ടീച്ചർ ആയി വന്നു ....പുള്ളിക്കാരി എന്നെ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു ....she felt something about me and suggested a councillor..... ആ counselling കാരണം ആണ് ഏകദേശം ok aayath..still not fully recovered😢....ഇപ്പോഴും അയാൾ എന്നെ അന്ന് കാണിച്ച visuals ഒക്കെ മനസ്സിൽ വരും.....over thinking nadakkum... anxiety കൂടും..... അറിയാൻ മേലാത്ത പ്രായത്തിൽ നടന്ന കാര്യം ആയാലും അന്ന് അവിടുന്ന് ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെടാഞ്ഞത് ഓർത്ത് എന്നോട് തന്നെ വെറുപ്പ് തോന്നും😢

There is no permanent cure for anxiety. We just float with anxiety and learn to live with it.

Diagnosed with ADHD only at the 24th age. As a person who suffered a lot with adhd and bullied and abused by the people unaware of these things from childhood onwards, i can very much relate to this video. I had undergone through a clinical depression and anxiety disorder due to low self worth and insecurity. My relation with family was also ruined for 2-3 years. I got into a shell with zero social interactions for sometime and things got severe. From an athlete that i was i became very much obese that i couldnt even jog for some distance because i overate whenever i was anxious or depressed. From someone who was best actor in bzone i became someone who couldnt help himself with social anxiety. My dream was to become a physicist. But i performed very poor in my school and college. I had some mild suicidal tendency too. But one thing i was good at was that i believed in science. From my personal experience i could say that whatever you said in this video is correct. . For the past 2 years i had been doing workout and meditation and am careful about my diet. I am fit again. This has dramatically changed my life . On 30th march 2023, i ran my first 10 km run. Also my therapist was so good. She talked with my parents and my family life was good again. A lot of issues of adhd is being solved and i live again as a normal human. I started to love myslef again. The credit also goes to my girlfriend and some close friends. Now i had cured my anxiety disorders to a great extend. Free from depression also. As of now i am preparing for upsc exams. When i clear my exams and get into service, i want to make a vidoe like this explaining everything i know about ADHD so that other people who also suffer from any kind of learning disorders will get hope for their life. THANK YOU A LOT ANANTHARAMAN...YOU ARE SUCH A WONDERFULL HUMAN BEING.

Thanks man! From the bottom of my heart, for your kindness to share your knowledge. I feel better for sure. I feel more confident about myself. I have been suffering from anxiety disorder for almost two years now, wrt me analysing my symptoms, and last one year has been the shittiest and worst phase of my life yet. I'm thankful to a few people, especially my partner and my therapist for me being alive and able to write this now. I have had a very hard time dealing with this phase because i had no knowledge about mental health, what i was experiencing and initially i had no one around me who could understand what I have been going through. Maybe it was hard for me to understand what i was going through because of the lack of knowledge, so i couldn't explain. I was experiencing frequent panic attacks. And because of helplessness, i was feeling suicidal. I was doing nothing in life. I couldn't focus on anything. Sleepless nights, endless crying, sobbing, feeling worthless. My parents or my partner's parents couldn't understand me. They were giving me more shit. Initially my partner also couldn't, but he put in so much effort to understand. I was falling sick very often. Acidity, can't eat, can't travel, can't sit, walk, sleep, fever, cold, BP and sugar variations and what not, conditions I have never had before. I never used to fall sick this often. I used to cry in front of the doctors, asking for help saying I don't know what is happening to me. Some said u r alright and don't think too much. I knew I didn't want to but i didn't know how to. Some laughed and ignored. One of them said have a baby, you ll be alright. May be yes, not just having a baby, but some distraction might make you feel better, but i was so lost and weak to even think of a distraction. I was always on bed, feeling so weak, but can't sleep. Maybe all of this started after a corona episode, but yes there were a lot of other situations and experiences triggering my anxiety, and also few closed books from my childhood, which I couldn't understand back then. And also when I was already going through such a situation, things which didn't affect me before started bothering me on a deeper and intense level. Everything was getting piled up. I started analysing myself a lot. I wasn't myself anymore. I tried however I could to help me, but it kept coming back. I sought help finally, six months back. I have been feeling better. I do get panic attacks once in a while. I'm working on the triggers. I'm healing. I wish people would become more aware and could provide and receive the mental support they need. I wish mental and physical well-being for everyone. :)

I used to experience existential anxiety but now I have learned to cope with it. I just realised that life doesn’t have a purpose or meaning and we are just meant to exist the way trees do.
