Фильм және анимация
I transformed this $23 antique chair with a staple gun and hot glue gun. No sewing required!
I found the antique ticking stripe fabric at an antique store and talked about it in this video:

omg thank you for this video!! I have 2 hand-me-down chairs similar to yours that my sister gave me. She was going to throw them away! The seat fabric and foam have seen their last days and your tips in this video have saved me the cost of an upholsterer! I think I can tackle this with staples and a glue gun and I'm using faux ostrich leather on the seat and arms. Mayyyybe the back too, but the chenille patterned fabric is in mint condition. We'll see how brave I become for the backs lol. Great folding and cutting tips! Thank you!!
We are about to move and I was just thinking of all new furniture....well after seeing this.....I will be buying used fixing it up and sending the difference to the mortgage!! Debt free and beautiful seems like a win ♡♡

GORGEOUS MAKEOVER.......... YOU MOTIVATED ME TO ADD SOME STUFFING TO MY SOFA CUSHIONS........ I'M RIPPING OPEN SOME SPARE ONES TO FILL IN MY OTHER CUSHIONS....... THANK YOU FOR THE MOTIVATION....... CHRISTINA
I found two extra chairs for our dining table that I reupholstered. I (errrr...my husband)took the whole bottom off so I just had to reupholster a square. Yours turned out just lovely!!!!!
This turned out so cute! I just love your chair.
I did something similar but I made bias binding from the same ticking and used it for the trim,
Beautiful and you make it seem so effortless.
Wow! Amazing how cute the chair looks after, Lisa! I love the chair! So smart.

Thank you!
WOW LISA THATS A SUPER JOB
You have a bundle of energy due to your organic life-- no sugar and being in shape will always be a priority for you in turn you will run circles around those that are years older than you ‘
Great job! I just love your channel!!
This is awesome!
You sure made that look easy. I think now I could try something along these line.
THIS is what you do when your husband and kids are out of the house? Good grief, girl. I would've been soaking in the tub! lol Well done, Lisa. You make things looks so easy. Blessings~
What a transformation. I also collect ticking when I see it cheap .
You make things look so effortless. I think if I attempt this, I will not use fabric with stripes or a repeated pattern. That way I will have a bit more room for error.
I am getting ready to do a chair. Thanks for this :)
So beautiful!
Amazing job!
Very nice. I'd procrastinate on this. I'd worry I would mess it up!
This video gives me hope that I could accomplish something like this! Thanks for sharing! :-)
very lovely you did a real good job thank you for showing us how to do this project ( Judy )
Wow great job
Did you take classes to learn how to make slipcovers and how to makeover chairs?. You do great makeovers.
I’ve always removed the seat cushion when reupholstering, this is easier. Did u ever think to remove the seat by chance?
Just wondering if the hot glue has held up well and not come "unglued" as people have sat in the chair.
❤ Thanks for the great ideas.
May I ask which gun tacker is easy to use?mine is so hard to squeeze,I'm planning to replace it.Thanks
Nice Project.May i ask if you also change the back fabric of the back rest or you just left the old one
How did you learn all this? You are so smart!
Thanks 🙏 loved 🥰
My goodness girl...your talents have no end! I love to collect chairs that need some TCL but I end up looking at them wistfully. You have shown me I can do this and I don't have to spend a fortune! You are a Godsend..He wants me to be productive even at my age (62). Thank you!

Thank you so much, Peg!
That looks so...much better, except the upper part looks like it needs more padding.
Very nice
I'm used to seeing the stripes of the fabric running front to back and top to bottom on upholstery. Any reason you chose to run the stripes from side to side?
Hi sweet girl you are so creative and unstoppable. I am new in your channel and see most of your videos. I am so inspired by this video to renew an antique french bench that needs work. One question, can you tell the brand of the stapler you are using?
Curious what staple gun you used?
Nice job! The chair would look lovely painted white
what stapler do you use?
I would have dabbled on some chalk paint to show of the vintage fabric, but lovely job well done.
What staple gun do you use. Mine is so hard to use
I love your house Lisa, wow $23.00. Unbelievable!! I love a great deal. I will never pay full price for anything. I want a farm so bad. I will have one 1 day. I love you too. Warms my heart. I need to declutter so bad and get rid of so many things that i paid alot of money for!! But i love the farm house style. I miss going to my Maw-Maw and Paw-Paws farm. Its no more. Many fond memories from days of younger years. And you are writing a book!! When did you get started with the farmhouse style? Is there a video i can see?
Makes me want to do some of my family’s old chairs from the 1930s
Where do you get that ticking stripe again?

I found that at an antique shop.
I love how you just own being lazy ♥️. We could be friends.
Great job! You made it look so easy. Now, question, do you ever worry about bedbugs? I can’t seem to get past that thought anymore. I think I’m just too freaked out about it. Help me get over my fears!!! 😂

Graceful Living Me, too.
I did my own chairs and I was as lazy and careless as this nice young woman.
😘😴
You ruined a beautiful thing.
