Sir I prepare sample 10mg/ml concentration. For standard I use ofloxacin so I make the standard in same conc as test samples are?

Is incubation not required if bacterial suspension is prepared using MH broth, as with glucose broth or peptone water where the suspension is incubated before making a lawn

Yes. U can take the average and then compare with interpretation chart. But the difference of the trip. results should be near by. if ur doing sensitivity test with ur own prepared antibiotic then u need to do triplicate otherwise no need.

Same bacteria for test & the control.. e.g: for the test u can use identified Hospital sample and for the control u need to use standard strain (ATCC strains).
