This version of this song would be perfect for the ending of my book series because a character just found out the person they were fighting alongside with for over 1000 years because they are part demon so they don't die by aging. Before the father was a human who died and became a demon and he searched for his daughter but an angel took her away from him when the two found out that that she was his daughter they spend some time together but the next day they are sent on a mission to take someone out but it's in a carvern that locks up at certain times of the day and when they are escaping the father couldn't make it to the exit quick enough and then the father is eaten alive by zombie like creatures and the daughter just sits there on the other side of the door and she struggles to open the door to just hear her father going to agonizing pain and suffering. By the time she can get the door open she just sees next to door is her father ripped to shreds and she can barely recognize him.

@@nataliewestfall4909 yeah, tbh this relationship between these two characters lasts for the entire series I'm writing which is 19 books in total. I also have created more than 90 characters and each of them have multiple designs. Soon the first one is going to be published and it's called The Corruption if you want to check it out. Oh and btw the father's name is Josh Curtary and the daughter was adopted and her name was changed to Sage Alamari but her original name was Grace Curtary and there is also the mother Talah Curtary and Grace's sister Tormenely or her nickname Enely for short. Since Grace/Sage was also apart the Alamari family she had Jax Alamari as her father, Kate Alamari as her mother, and Lily Alamari as her sister. One main conflict for Sage/Grace is that she can only choose one family to be apart of because the Curtarys are notorious criminals and murders even if they only kill people who prey on the innocent and the Alamaris are a well know rich family who is highly respected and liked.
