Would be nice if Memphis shades would do this for their warrior fairing

Being always on a budget, I bought a used H-D screen ( for a softail springer - it was wide enough in between the mounts to fit my Dyna forks on my Streetbob which has the wider Wide Glide triple trees) off ebay and I use quick-release clips, hope all that didn't confuse you !

Great thinking guys! Buffeting is tricky to solve and getting different types of fairings is not cost effective. This simple solution can transform the standard fairing into a vented one! Much appreciated!

The grommets are like $.50 to replace. And made my own spacers from an old rubber bungy cord, and used different hardware. Worked like a charm.

I bought t this fairing this fairing thinking it was a different brand, it's not a terrible part if you replace all the hardware with good stuff. My only beef with it is the wind shield gives off a wavy effect if you look through it.

If you need a little more hight, you can put a spacer under the headlight extension.. and give yourself another 1-2 inches. I did this, abeit with the HD Cafe fairing with laminar lip

I don't know what fairing I have is there like a universal because I think mine only has bolts on the lowers portion and not like the 4 up front in this video

I made my own. It helped somewhat, but not all the way.

Looks a bit weird with the gap but interested to see how it works..I've got the same fairing but swapped it back to my gauntlet fairing because I didn't like the lack of vision through the tinted screen that was so big..might try cutting it down..Just my opinion, but I'm glad to see you guys are helping everyone out with their questions..Watching you guys from Sydney Australia..

Wonder how the Moonsmc windshield compares to the krator. Looks a bit distorted through the krator may be worth a look. Plus I think it's a bit shorter.

I’m commenting on a video thats a bit older, but the swivel mounts for the top holes, is that a DIY or is that part of the JD kit?

Just a heads up, I heard the JD windshields will fit on the Krator.

were you experiencing buffeting with the Krator fairing? is that the reason you installed the kit? did it help?
