During this whole podcast, I just can’t stop thinking about my grandmother. She draw well into her 80s, she kept a garden every year well into her 80s, she always had tanned arms and hands because she was digging in her flowerbeds and outside fishing any chance she got all the leader in life, she had to resort to going to start ponds for her fishing. she was an amazing lady just had such a shine to her face because she was always smiling. Her hair was a gorgeous silver colour too. Oh, and she knew how to Pinch a Penny! She was amazing and I attribute her love of the outdoors to her 97 years of life!!!

I just turned 50 last week and haven’t felt as good as I do now. I take thrive vitamins, NMN, and dim sum for estrogen overload. Lots of water and of course, sunscreen. I use very little make up, and just moisturize daily. My skin looks great, very little wrinkles, and I work out weight training three days a week. Keep things simple, and they’ll always work out!

In many ways, my experience of becoming physically disabled in my 20's is in some ways liberating when viewing life through this vain lense. Severely diminished mobility? Check! Memory impairment? Check! Premature aging? Check, check! I wash my face when it's dirty, I moisturise my body when it's dry, my clothes are either handmade by me or from a Charity shop. I can't wear heel, nothing looks flattering on someone who is constantly sitting and a backpack on my wheelchair is my cute handbag! The LORD will take me home when He Will, no amount of purposeful physical disfigurement or social vanity will extend my life by a second. Love Jesus Christ, Be real in your love for others, serve oneanother in love, forgive liberally, live below your means and gain a reputation for Godliness, kindness and generosity. Be grateful for today and get right with The LORD, tomorrow is by no means guaranteed xx

At 62, I just stopped coloring my grey hair, wearing make-up and doing my nails. I've never had cosmetic surgery and don't plan to, nor do I drink or smoke. I've simplified my skincare routine and focus on getting plenty of rest, eating healthier and long walks. I'd rather live a short, happy life than strive for longevity and youthful perfection. I think it makes a difference if you have a spouse and/or children...being single, I can be selfish and do whatever I want but if I had a family, I would want to live longer to be with them.

Thirdly, I had the misfortune to study The Great Gatsby at college - what a chore - I'd rather go to the dentist than even think about it, so Benjamin Buttercup or whatever his name is can get in the sea. Lastly (you'll be glad to know) all this ageing and anti-ageing lark gets up my nose.... I'm going FULL Methuselah, you'd better believe it. @@Anonymoose66G poorly done filler in women who don’t need it definitely looks terrible! I think unfortunately social media has glorified a highly unrealistic beauty standard and as a result younger and younger women are getting unnecessary amounts of it. I’ve seen plenty of great uses for it, it dramatically reduces the appearance of acne scars for some people, some people lose a substantial amount of weight and have sagging skin in which case filler can help as well, I’ve seen people with cleft lips use filler to dramatically “normalize” the appearance of their lips etc. I think it’s an amazing cosmetic tool and we shouldn’t write it off as a whole just because it gets a bad rap for looking bad on the people who don’t need it. Keep in mind that it’s Al elective procedure & practitioners aren’t going to turn someone away who wants to spend their money on it

People obscenly rich look like crap and their life expectancy is not really better than the average, if their billions cant buy them youth is beyond histerical to think that broke people who cant balance their credit cards can buy it 😅😅

This episode was disturbing to me. God has numbered our days. I think we should eat and exercise and be careful but just trying to get to live longer and longer us should not be a goal. We all die. No matter what anyone does they will die in the end at the exact time God has appointed for you.
