In this episode, I want to explore the other red meat, the lamb. Why don’t we make more lamb? A lot of people don’t like lamb because of its gamey. I have always enjoyed making quick-crusted lamb chops or racks of lamb. But a whole leg of lamb, I have always been intimidated by it, but, how difficult could that be? So I looked up all the lamb recipes and I picked, the Anthony Bourdain's (my favourite TV Host) Bone in 7 hours Leg of Lamb and Gordon Ramsey's Stuffed Lamb. Two very different styles to see which is best for my family dinner. I have also enlisted my long-lost cooking buddy Calvin Lai to cook with me. Which recipe will I pick? You will have to watch till the end.
Since I don't settle for anything less than a flavor explosion, I set myself up for another challenge. I've come up with a couple of game-changers.

I shot this video within two weeks. Special thanks to my family as taste tester, I made the lamb recipes three times over this time. This was quite challenging to edit as I did not know how I should end it and which recipe was better. The end result, you will have to see it at the end of the video. This process gave me a new understanding to Lamb. Check out my blog for my thoughts and findings.
Also want to thank Viv and Cal for helping me with this video, Viv did all the shorts/Reels edits and filming while Cal and I cook and shoot the long format at the same time. I love making these videos and always look for ways to pack more into each video. I do this for fun and yes I did have a blast with everyone who ate and commented on the lamb. Oh Brownie loved the lamb too, especially Tony's recipe!
