One of the best Bourdain quotes!
I read all his books 3 times while I was in prison. He helped me so much take my mind out of my cell and think I was somewhere else. Always binged his shows as well. RIP chef

The "lamb shank" joke was so overlooked. Im imagining cooks prison and someone sharpening a frenched lamb rack to make a lamb shank.
Tony was a HUGE Simpsons fan so I have to think he loved being in Conans company. So cool.
Super weird to miss someone you didn't really know, but I miss this dude.

Fighting suicide when you’re in that mentality is a constant battle, similar to depression, and I don’t fault anyone for making that choice. Sometimes people make mistakes and sometimes that mistake is the worst mistake a person can make. I try to keep the mentality that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
