Yeah, pretty confusing without instructions. I had to figure this out on my own but I think this is the easiest way to do it. Glad you found it helpful!

Those are a perfect addition for better side visibility. I purchased mine through C&S Corvettes in Sarasota Fl.

They really make a big difference! The owner of the car just purchased some smoked LED tail lights to match, so I'll be installing those on Monday along with a K&N air intake and lowering bolts. Lots of C5 videos to come...

Thanks man. I just installed the entire back end upgrade to LED's last night, but couldn't come up with a simple way to get at the right side marker. This helped a lot .. I'm going outside right now to finish the job. Thanks again.

Hope you were able to get at it the same way I did. I couldn't find another way.

@@EndlessMoneyPits Yep, got at it from the bottom. My left forearm may never be the same - squeezing it in there to get at the front nut. Mercifully, the old one disintegrated when I tried to take it off - but getting the new one on was quite an exercise, even after pre-threading it. Thanks again. One question you may be able to answer, I installed the hyper flash unit tonight and I'm really struggling to get the interior temperature sensor back in. is there a trick to it, or just dogged perseverance? Thx.

Good! Glad you got it done. I remember struggling with the interior temp sensor too. Had to use a little more force than I wanted to but it went in without breaking anything. I don't remember exactly how the dash comes apart off hand, but take off extra parts if you think it's necessary to get the sensor back in.

You must have some long skinny arms, my friend. I ended up removing the 2 nuts holding the antennae motor and pulling it down through the rubber grommet to get it out of the way. Could then access the side marker through the right most break light.

Hmm I don't remember this being a tight spot to access. Glad you found a way.
