ऐसा ही मेरे साथ भी हुआ में प्री प्राइमरी टीचर रह चुकी हूं जो चापलूसी करती थी टीचर उन्हे अच्छा कहते थे और जो ईमानदारी से काम करते है उन्हे लात मारते हैं मेने चापलूसी नही की गलत काम नही किया इसलिए एक स्कूल ही नहीं मेने पांच से ज्यादा स्कूल की जॉब छोड़ दी, बहुत ही गंदे घिनौने लोग और औरते टीचर भी गंदी सोच वाली मिली मुझे सब अच्छा नहीं लगता था इसलिए मेने जॉब छोड़ दी

I agree with thinking very hard through important decisions, but it is important to remember that no decision is perfect. You do what feels the right thing to do considering your circumstances, and then try to make that decision right. Life doesn't have to be run as per some pre-written script.

kehna easy hai ki manage ho jaata hai sab kuch, but its not easy. Mental health mat khraab kar lena bas apni. Going through same, I am in IT industry from 13 years. But I want to do something else now. Loans hain to bilkul mat karo resign. But agar aapke paas funds hain aur kuch aur try karna chahte ho to mat roko apne aap ko.

Hello sir, १ question--- I am working in IT field. When I joined company they told me that I will get chance to work and learn in certain technology which is booming in market. I also had basic knowledge on that technology and working in last organization. Problem is, new company team mates don't give chance to work on that thing, saying I don't have APPROPRIATE KNOWLEDGE. I am really frustrated that they get chance to work, learn and upgrade them in technical and financial way,, but I am unable to do that and fear that what will happen with me after 1 year?? I don't have any new knowledge, no new job, will lost confidence in work.. I feel separated from Team. Don't know, if I keep working here and prove that I can work OR should I change job where I will get new learning..as everyday I don't feel that I am adding any value, or upgrading / learning anything.. Do not want to go to office either..it's like stucked and no confidence of doing anything... If possible please guide..

Keep finding a new job side by side, the process will take a few months and you will also realise if they are allowing you to work on that technology or it's isn't possible here.

Central government se private sector se compare karo to zamin asman la antar hai ?private sector or government sector me salary saman honi chaye, central government ke 4th class ke employee ki salary lagbag 50000 month hai jab ki private sector me graduate or clerks ki salary 12 se 15000 hai different ko kam karna chaye.

Golden thumb rule 6-12 months ke sare monthly expenses jitna saving kr lena, fir koi b job shodne ki sochna, ise jo b kaam kroge apko frustration nhi hogi na koi dar hoga

Dusri job dhoond na start karle, hosakta hai layoff hi karde. Insult kab tak sahega, maybe new environment me improve karpaaye.

The problem is I have a loan to repay on one side and I'm stuck in a job that is giving me high stress and depression. So either way I can't leave my job, what options are there ?

I don't agree beacuse sometimes we need to take risk to complete our dream sir

I was doing night shift in IT Company since more than 2.6 years, hav started suffering from physical and mental health as now I am 35, i hav resigned job last month, searching new job

Hello sir Ur video has helped me a lot So basically i have joined a firm just a month before, i got a good hike But here work culture , work load is more(i am new to this role ,0 exp. In it) than the previous one I just have 2 team mates who r more experience so they doesn't treat me well Now ur last line motivated me to be a warrior But my issue is as knowledge sharing is not right and team mates also not good , how should I cope up with this situation

Move tactfully, your primary target is to be comfortable and adjusted with the new environment, bear their attitude and irritation with calmness, caress their ego to get your work done, once you become comfortable, love life your way :)

@@Learnwithsweta092 aap job kro 11k ko abhi mat dekho market me experience ka value he yahi 11k 25k me aap 7-8 mahine me ek job change krke kr skte ho as hdfc bank me kaam rhe ho to uska bada naam he.... jaha tak baat rhi govt job ki to phle kuch saal ka experience lo phir aapke paas wo maturity hogi ke sahi decision le sko/... govt job bhi aaj ke time pr jaise ibps wagerh he unka job bhi utna asan nhi he,,.. so jo hath me he usme seekho thode time baad decide kro
